This snow shovel does a great job. I used it for one snow storm so far. I made sure I went out about every three inches as I didn’t want the snow to accumulate beyond its capability. It threw the snow pretty far. I did my deck 3 times before the battery died. The nice feature is that it comes with two batteries. The snow stopped before I needed to change batteries again and that was good because it took several hours to charge. I’m a senior woman and the shovel is fairly light weight and easy for me to handle. I recommend it.

Buy it for what it is....a battery powered snow SHOVEL not a snow blower. As long as I remind myself that it's best used for lesser amounts of snow and better for clearing small areas, it works great. Assembly was very easy and it is easy to use. The "start button" does stick but I haven't found it to be a huge issue. I mainly bought it for the patio in the backyard because I could not get the snowblower back there. This is lightweight enough to carry back there. The one thing I did notice is it takes a very long time to charge the battery. This has not been an issue though because there are 2 batteries and I haven't had to swap batteries while shoveling yet.

Works great for a small unit, but batteries are mislabeled and don't last long at all...maybe 10-15 min. If you have a small job (time wise), then you're ok. The voltage is wrong on the batteries (other reviews say it's around 21v instead of 48v) and they take a longer time to charge. So, even though it ships with 2, after 20 minutes, you're out of luck.

Arrived, looked like it has been used before. No backing in box, so battery and charger were just flying around in the box. The handle is super wobbly, and so is the handle. I paid full price for something someone had already used and sent back!! Ticked beyond words. I charged up the battery and it did run, but could hardly push it cause the handle was so floppy. Doubt it will hold up to a Dakota snow.

Love this! Works great. I push it along my sidewalks just like I would a shovel. It sends the snow flying, I would say about 20 ft. Or a little more. Love the directional augur, you can turn it right, left or straight ahead. Worth the money!!

I wanted to like this so bad but I am very disappointed. When I received it it looked like it was used. I still thought I might as well try it. BIG mistake! The handle is SO loose and there is no way to tighten it anymore. I thought maybe it wouldn't be that big of a deal. Well once again I was wrong. The 1st and only time I used it the handle came completely apart and now it is even more loose than before. It gets stuck on the smallest little bump and is just as heavy as if I were to just shovel by hand. Is not easy to use and it is definitely going back.

Batteries are NOT 48V as labeled on the actual battery. Using a voltmeter, they're 20.7V fully charged. Packaging says 21V and instructions are for a "21V wireless snow sweeper". This thing couldn't even handle less than 2" of slightly wet snow.
