We got this for my dad who has difficulty walking long distances. It’s very easy to use. It was already put together. We just got it out of the box. It weighs around 50 lbs and will be easy to carry to appointments, etc. seat is very comfortable for sitting.

The media could not be loaded. It's advertised as all terrain, but it isn't, according to the manual, which is fine. The main goal for me was to be able to use it. It folds up nice, not incredibly heavy, and compact. The quality of it makes me feel like I'm actually in a chair that'll last for awhile, so that helps. The only thing I don't like about it is there not being a function to actually lower the volume of the sounds. There's a space between the speed level and control that it could've been placed, but maybe there's a reason for that function to not be there. Either way, it's still a really good thing for it being an "upgrade" according to Amazon. I also wish it could go manual, but still, design and logistics choice.

This is a quality units. It is heavier than I expected, but worth the price. My wife loves it. We have used it only once but it lasted for the whole event which was about 2.5 hours,. It still had 5 bars on it so it go for over 8 hours. It is easy to assemble and drive.

The media could not be loaded. Chair came almost all the way assembled. Only had to attach the joystick and had the option of right or left arm. Easily attaches. Extra small wheels in the back for anti tipping measures easily adjustable. Legs lift up and down so they can be out of the way when folding and storing. Folds up easily and opens easily. Large wheels that seem to be able to manage multiple terrain. Have not used it yet but got this for my dad who has Parkinson's and I feel this will help him to feel more independent and be able to get around easier and safer and easier for me to lift onto the vehicle to take with us to town.

Just got it delivered and in less than 10 minutes of testing it out, it broke. First I couldn't even get out of the threshold of my door I literally had to scoot the thing out of it. I was testing it out for my mother who actually needed the chair. I used it on the ramp which worked fine. And over a patch of grass, next to my vehicle, which was a little hard, and the chair became stuck where I had to scoot again To make it work. I did test it over on my driveway and tried to attempt to go back over the grass That was next to my car to get back up my ramp. But the chair wouldn't go over it. I proceeded to back up and turn around into the driveway to go around my vehicle. To get back up on the ramp. While turning around the front right wheel buckled and would not turn vertical for me to move forward. I tried moving the joystick to adjust the wheels, so it would move the correct wa. Upon trying to do this, The right wheel came off the rim. This had such decent ratings. I assumed this was a great product. There is definitely an issue with the design in this, or they're lying about on its capabilities. Definitely a defective design or defective chair that wasn't working correctly.
