This was my very first espresso machine, and I’ll be honest: at first, I almost returned it. There’s definitely a learning curve if you’re new to making espresso at home. But once I took the time to learn the machine and watched the recommended tips and tricks, I completely fell in love with it. For the price, this machine seriously delivers. It performs just as well as machines in the $700 range, with adjustable settings and metrics you’d expect from a much higher-end model, all at a fraction of the cost. It’s compact, sleek, and looks great on the counter without taking up a ton of space. Most importantly, it consistently pulls great shots and gets the job done. If you’re new to espresso, I highly recommend watching the tutorial videos before diving in, it makes all the difference. Overall, this is an incredible value and a fantastic choice whether you’re just starting out or looking for a solid, affordable upgrade.     • Really good value in comparison with similar machines
Got this in replacement for an older one i had before hand, and going though the learning curve of making espresso. It was packaged nicely, took a bit of time to find another filter that was in the cleaning tray, and would highly recommend to read instructions, to remove the silicone stopper from the water tank. This is a user friendly machine, but also has a lot of options built in, you can change the run time on both the single and doubles shot function, along with grind time, it does come pre programmed. Will have to play around with the grind settings for different types of beans, along with run times ect. but overall out of the box and some grind setting adjustments can make a good cup. Instructions are useful, in troubleshooting, and using the machine, but there is slight learning curve to it. Easy to clean maintain, and so far on the 2nd cup taste pretty good, but still got to dial in more to what i like to taste. disappointed !!!! was a Christmas gift to my son and it’s not working right out the box. it will grind but not brew no matter what we try we’ve read directions we’ve watched videos what a waste of money! BUY SOMETHING ELSE!!! will be returning asap

5 stars. This machine is fabulous. I haven’t heard of the brand but it has a very solid build quality and the accessories are great. The large hopper grinds beans to various levels and does a great job. The portafiller is also heavyweight and feels quality. Heats up fast. Machine brews a double espresso in less than a minute. The stream/froth feature works very well. Easy to clean up after and water tank can be filled while installed or removed and filled. Cup preheat feature on top, but I find I haven’t really used that. I’m also delighted the unit fits under my cabinet even with the hopper and the tamper tool placed on top. Not too big but has all the features. There isn’t a temperature gauge like I’ve seen on some models but my espresso is plenty hot. Looks very high end at a more affordable price. Only problem is I’ve become a coffee snob and only want my home brewed coffee now-lol. ... show more

This is a good functioning machine. I got it at a discount the day we bought it on Amazon, and grateful because although this machine works well for us, not sure I would have spent the regular price for it! With that said, this is our second espresso machine and we are not beginners and it works perfectly fine. There is a learning curve to get the right ratio for grinding to your preference but it’s easy. I decided to get a puck filter to help if you ever get soupy filters from uneven tamping or under/over filling espresso and our coffee tastes amazing! ... show more

Awesome purchase! I was only going to buy to use couple days a week maybe and here I am using this beauty every day!! For a caramel macchiato 😝 It’s very easy to use once get hang of it. I haven’t cleaned it yet tho so I don’t know how easy that is. But I am very satisfied with this purchase. A little challenging to learn, but now that I am a pro, I love it. I had some added help from the manufacturer rep. Her name was Lakeisha. This machine makes Espresso, not coffee. I have learned to make an Americano which satisfies all my coffee needs.
