The media could not be loaded. Fast, light, responsive and beautiful. I've had a few tablets throughout the years but this is certainly one of the better ones. Mouse works instantly upon placing batteries. Keyboard requires pairing in settings. Overall, pretty easy. Screen is clear, sound is high quality, video is smooth, apps open quickly and the case has a clear back that allows you to see the device color. Case is nice and robust. I like that the USB connection is at the top (prevents accidental touches), and the keyboard keys are responsive and provide a decent click when pressed unlike some other keyboards. Overall, great for the price. There is a slot to allow for memory expansion and the package does include charger and charging cable. Highly recommend!

Out of the box the tablet was easy to get started and setup. Screen protector was already installed. Package included case/ cover, extra screen protector, Bluetooth keyboard and wireless mouse. Setup was a breeze with easy to follow onscreen prompts, included USB adapter and cable were handy to copy data and settings from previous tablet, in my particular case it took about 10 minutes total, your mileage may vary depending on the amount of data to move. Screen is sharp and clear with vibrant colors, HD quality, no issues on any of the video services that I subscribe to. Audio is OK, not the loudest from the unit, having a head phone port is great and the sound is better there and even better with Bluetooth buds (not included). OS is the latest Android 14 and works flawlessly. All the apps you would need are available thru the app store and worked great. 1.6 ghz octo-core processor is snappy and has no issues running any apps or surfing the web. Latest WiFi 6 connected easily and has great connection speed. Battery life is OK, lasts well for general use, watching videos 4 to 5 hours before needing top up. One nice note is there are no additional programs or bloatware installed on the unit. Would recommend to any needing a good quality midsize tablet for general use.
