Stopped using it for awhile. But now that I've lost 120 it is much more easier to use ands more enjoyable. Compact size, very effective in working body. Very stable but it does scrape against the wheels. I understood that when I was 200 lbs but I am only 139 lbs and it still does it. I hesitantly ordered the black 1 version. I almost decided not to purchase after reviewing some of the negative reviews. Iā€™ve had it a few days and I have put about 150 rolls in at about 25 per set. I am 220 lbs and in good shape. I work out regularly and do a lot of ab work in the gym . I wanted to get something for the house for the days I canā€™t make it to the gym. I had the old single wheel versions in the past. This is so much more comfortable. I think I am going to enjoy it as long as it holds up. So far, it seems very sturdy, the size is perfect and it was mostly assembled (just had to attach handle bars). It has a simple calorie, time and rep counter as a bonus that charges with a ā€œCā€ charger (and knee pad). I would recommend this as long as it stands the test of time. ... show more

This ab roller is great to use to strengthen your ab muscles. Itā€™s so much easier to use than a single wheel with handles. It says not for the elderly to use but Iā€™m in my 70ā€™s and I love it. No strain on your shoulders and back. Comes completely assembled and ready to go. I recommend this product.

This is a great light weight ab roller for the price. Some have complained this is not well made. It's made fine for the home workout type like me. Yes, it's not industrial grade equipment but it's durable and functional.
