Works good for 30 days, then now it is running but nothing coming out. No more steam or air. I got a full tank of oil into it but still nothing coming and it just making noise like it is running. Maybe the air pump problem? There is no way to contact support or get it resolved since Amazon only allows 30 days to report issue. Bad product overall.

I've used this for about a week now. This is only good for a very small area, like a cubicle office or a very small bathroom. Easy to use, but does not fill a room with any scent. There is a rubber plug where the bottle goes, that you place on the bottom of the unit for storage. That rubber plug falls off every time you pick up the unit. Quiet operation. I like the fact that I can use any oil, even Glade Plug in oils. Comes with a bottle that fits the unit. Just disappointed that it really doesn't throw off any scent even when I tried multiple oils. Would I buy this again? No.

If the product actually stayed on for 5 minutes and went off for 5 minutes I would have given it a 5 star rating. But I like that it is easy to clean, puts out a good bit of fragrance so the 1 minute is workable, don't have to contaminate my dropper by pulling it off and on, and battery operated so just charge it up and its good to go.
