Instructions were easy to follow. For the price, it works well. Had 1 bolt that didn't line up, but it's still sturdy with the other bolt. Just had to find a spot in the house for the reclining clearence.

The first one I order the frame was bent they fully replaced it with no issue which was awesome except the chair is built to where it doesn’t lock in place how it is supposed to which is disappointing but great service made me so rate them high
