71yr old guy with sciatic nerve in my left leg from my lower hip in the rear all the way down to almost my ankle. The pain can be horrible and relentless at times. I bought this device and IT WORKS! It helps within 30 seconds. Have tried a couple different positions of the puck within the device. On left leg for example, put it just below the knee on the outside edge of the beginning of the calf muscle. Tighten that SOB down with that puck pressing into the outside edge of calf. (7 or 8 o'clock if your toes are at 12 oclock.) Acropressure works if you know where and how. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Remember tight and then tighter. If right leg just reverse. BUY IT NOW ... show more

I wish it had a little instructions with it. Basically there was very little detailed information about how it works. Had to look at how they had it put on. Relieved pain somewhat, but also found it somewhat difficult to keep it in place when wearing under clothes.
