The dual light is absolutely POWERFUL! I don't get enough light in my room to make my tropical plants thrive, so I supplement with lights. Initially I Jimmy rigged the ones you put in dirt to hang over the top of my plant stand and in one of my moss poles, so I thought a clip on would be better. Not only is it better BUT it's stronger! The quality of the light is great--it's bright, the "wand" structure spreads the light out a bit, the clip is strong and sturdy, and the gooseneck is both easy to adjust and holds its position well. I ordered the JINHONGTO Grow Light for my starter plants that I sow from seed (mostly herbs). This JINHONGTO Grow Light is meant for indoor use only, but I am using it outside in the large covered entry for our house, is not exposed to rain at all but is exposed to wind. I clamped the JINHONGTO Grow Light onto our custom Japanese bench and placed my starter plants in a tray on top of that bench. It is a convenient location because it receives direct South exposure morning sun every day, then indirect sun the rest of the day, and now four hours of hopefully full spectrum light every evening. I would have preferred a C Clamping System but I guess the spring loaded clamp is okay (but moves if you bump into it). The Goose Neck is light duty and does move when a strong gust of wind hits it (is blocked from the wind by the large house column) but it does its job and I can easily adjust the height as the plants grow taller, BUT it would have been nice if the Goose Neck was stiffer. As stated, this is meant only for indoor use, which I am not doing. So I do believe I will start seeing some surface rust from wind exposure and humidity. But that is on me since I am technically using it outside although in a covered lanai. I’m not sure about the color spectrum because I can’t see an equal amount of white blue and red led lights, so don’t know how well this grow light will do for my starter plants. I also noticed it does not produce any heat, which I want for my starter seeds because I am not using a heat mat to warm the grow media. I only received the JINHONGTO Grow Light a couple days ago and only set it up yesterday afternoon. The only starter seeds I’m testing it on is Cat Grass which should germinate in about three days. I did expect the light to be brighter since my other grow light is way brighter. The timer feature is typical for grow lights, 4 8 and 12 hours. The wiring is light duty as would expect for something that draws low wattage. I will update this review if/when I observe any surface rust, or when I see any plastic part fading from UV exposure, or if/when the spring loaded clip/clamp breaks. I actually was going to give this grow light a 3 Rating but decided 4 was correct based on averaging the numbers by 3 - but will lower my rating if/when I observe an issue. ... show more

I love this light! I just recieved it today and it was the perfect size for my small money tree! It is very bright and I love the foundation/ clip it uses to stick to my desk! It feels very sturdy and the wire base helps adjust to move it around. It seems like a good quality light!
