This was not worth the $40 I paid. It took hours to set up. I had to create an email account for my child. None of the Bluetooth devices would pair, tried five. The pair of cheap headphones finally worked. The apps and login to too long to use. The screen cracked underneath on day 3 which renders it unusable now. I’m trying to send back and I have to order another Fire tablet for my autistic child who doesn’t understand why he can’t use the tablet. Very disappointed and frustrated, can’t afford to purchase it. Buyer Beware!

I recently purchased this tablet, hoping for a decent device for my niece, but it has been nothing short of a disappointment. Firstly, the performance is incredibly slow. Whether I’m browsing the internet, checking emails, or trying to use social media apps, the lag is frustrating and constant. Simple tasks take forever to complete, making the overall user experience extremely poor. The build quality is another major letdown. The tablet feels cheap and plasticky, with a flimsy construction. It feels like it could break with even the slightest mishap. Additionally, I encountered numerous issues with app compatibility. Several apps that I use regularly either wouldn’t load or crashed frequently. This severely limited the tablet’s functionality and made it almost unusable for my needs. Overall, this tablet failed to meet even my most basic expectations. Therefore, I ended up retuning this device.

I bought this product with the intention of it being a reading device versus getting a Kindle. It works great except for the charging port is at the top, right, which is covered by the encasement. It's overall a great case and it serves its purpose.

It's a little slower than I thought it should be. I thought I would try it for a few days anyways to see if that changed after a while. It did not. Before I could return it, I gouged the screen, and it did not take much. The screen is cheap plastic. I purchased this to replace a kindle fire I broke after 5 years. Can you guess what I just bought? Still using this as a backup.
