Very frustrating, keeps locking up & restarts are necessary. We’ve downloaded & installed the same branded games that work flawlessly on the cell phones & they still lag & lock up - seriously considering returning both tablets

UPDATE - 2 July, 2025: It started not charging! It got worse and worse! I tried two other chargers I had laying around. Chargers that worked for other things, like flashlights. (See below) One of them charged the tablet now and then; once it started charging, it was good to go. Both those chargers were rated at over two amps; should have worked fine. The natural conclusion is that there's something wrong with the tablet. The seller contacted me because of this review!! I hadn't even contacted the seller! THEY OFFERED ME A NEW TABLET!! I got un-lazy or un-stupid or whatever, and tried the charger for my Moto G Power, IT WORKED! I tried it again - I tried it with the tablet on; I tried it with the tablet off; worked every time! I responded to the seller with this info and let them know. They credited my account with $10, sent me a link to a (5V 2A) charger for $7, asked me if that would be OK. I ordered what I think is a better charger, just now, because it had a slightly better review. Every once in awhile, electronics just isn't fair. How about the seller, though?!? The absolute BEST customer service over e-mail I've ever had! Think about the time zones. It still only took two days! I'm taking a little bit of a chance here, because I don't have the new charger yet, but confidence is high and if it still doesn't work, it's not even the seller's fault. Upgrading from 1 star to 5 stars!! __________________________________________________________ Nothing but grief! I have off-grid solar and, therefore, a Victron Energy battery monitor. (Since 2012) I copied the settings from my old device (SGIN) (Which still works) (I just wanted a backup); I don't ever want to discharge about $3000 worth of batteries to 0% and destroy them. Turns out this thing is slower than my old tablet, even though that doesn't matter all that much for this application, but I feel for gamers. It's very "clunky" when I enter the PIN to unlock it. Not at all impressed. The ($10) SGIN runs circles around this one. AND NOW IT WON'T CHARGE MOST OF THE TIME!! I've tried several different "wallworts", several charging cords and it just keeps being a POS. I went back the old device and now, I need an e-mail account and a password to access the battery monitor! WHAT?!? I tried the "forgot password" option and never got an e-mail with a new password!! So I put this tablet in the refrigerator, waited a while, tried about three more times and finally got it to charge. It's charging now, but my old one won't connect because of the e-mail|password thing. The only good news is that I'm VERY sure Victron is going to have "night and day" better tech support than these guys. I couldn't even find a thing when I searched for "Rebecco" "Tablet" "Tech" "Support". Everybody, including Amazon, trying to sell me one. Nothing for tech support. So, Victron and|or Google (Android) are to blame for the e-mail|password dilemma, but this thing not even charging after two and a half months?!? UNFORGIVABLE! And that made me read all the other one star reviews while the "Rebecco" (what a name) is charging. I guess mine works better that all the rest of them... STAY. AWAY!! If time really is money, as they say, they owe me a small fortune. I haven't been more angry than this in years.

The tablet is good for the price but the two starts because it clearly says 12GB ram, the truth it is 4GB ram. The screen is OK but the interface is not comfortable to use. Good for small home automation but want fast enough for me.

I will be returning this tablet. Octacore, 12GB RAM? I don't think so. If that's accurate it must be implemented badly. My phone w/ 4GB RAM and octacore is WAY faster and it's already loaded with stuff. Plus the user interface is weird. I have Android 14 on a couple of devices already and am used to it. On this tablet there's no way to create widgets; you can only drag installed apps onto the home screen. I couldn't even get a clock on there. When you view all ur open apps at once, the latest one is large, and the others are little windows with low resolution. So anything with lots of text you can't really tell what it is. In landscape mode there was no swiping from the right side which I am used to when using gestures to go back. I suppose for the price if you need something it'd be OK. But I quickly decided to reset it and return.

Medium speed but adequate for web surfing and everyday use. Longlasting battery. Sharp display. Comes with installed screen protector. Good value for the money. I would buy again. **Very responsive after sale support. Best I've ever seen.
