I purchased this Computer, for me to be able to communicate with my Doctor at the Veteran's Administration Hospital. My appointment on-line was for today 4/20/2024, but due to this Sorry excuse for a Deal on a Computer I was Not able to keep My appointment. The problem was this Made in China computer would NOT convert over to ENGLISH, I followed the Instructions to let it Charge for 8-10 hrs then upon trying to ACTIVATE couldn't!! AMAZON said I couldn't get a REFUND until they get the computer back. This is such a HARDSHIP and I expected AMAZON to be MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY to my NEEDS..SMH

I got the ACMAGIC Laptop for my son. Because this year's NY State test requires children to be proficient at answering the test using a computer keyboard. This keyboard is large and has a number pad which I really like on a laptop . It’s so easy to set up, the screen shows a clear and crisp picture It is great for school work or playing games .This laptop isn’t heavy or bulky but it’s well made. It is exactly what we were looking for.

I love that this laptop is lightweight yet still has a big screen for my tired eyes or just for watching TV on it. Very convenient for traveling & taking to class. It was very quick to set up. The clamshell doesn't bend 360° but it does open enough to lay flat. The buttons aren't backlit but the glow from the screen illuminates the keyboard enough even in the dark.

The media could not be loaded. As someone who relies heavily on their laptop for work and entertainment, I can confidently say that this is an absolute powerhouse, especially for the price point it is being offered at. Intel Alder Lake N97 is an entry-level mobile processor. For your reference, Intel i9 has 24 cores while N97 has 4 cores. So please do have realistic performance expectations. In spite of that, surprisingly multitasking feels like a breeze for any decent workload. I am not unhappy with the battery life either. At least it allows me to finish a movie without needing to hunt for a power outlet, and even then goes down my 60% from a full charge. Connectivity options are decent, too. The product has a premium finish, doesn't give a cheap look. If you're in the market for a reliable laptop, this one will not disappoint you for sure.

The media could not be loaded. I am absolutely thrilled with my new laptop purchase. The price was great. Once I purchased, it was shipped quickly and arrived very well packaged with everything I need to set up my home office. I am working from home now so I chose the 17.3 inch size screen so I can very clearly see everything and have more space to maneuver on screen. I can also split the screen and have a clear view of both sides. Its great to load TV apps and other games so I get the benefit of being able to use it for fun and relaxing activities outside of just work. It’s very lightweight so I can pack it up and take it with me where ever I go. The battery is 6000mAH and allows for about 5-6 hours running time before I have to plug it back in to charge. It was a nice feel to the keys when I type and I can use it with the trackpad on the go or plug in a mouse when I am working. Our family approves of and recommends this laptop as a great all around addition to anyone needed to work, be entertained or just goof off on the internet. It packs the power to do it all. Very happy with my purchase.
