I really like the future for Google services you can go in and you can find everything you need all services like password managers cross-device Services which is really cool I can I can hook up my TV through my tablet and then I can hook that up to the computer and my cell phone can sit on the side and do what it's thing whatever it does but I think it's a great feature it's got a few little quirks and it's got a lot of perks so what else can I say I'll have to just tweak it around and get everything set up I was trying to follow the manual but it didn't work but I basically know what to do but it setting it up is really easy you just have to do your settings just for like the sound and and the colors and then the ringtones notification apps that that was pretty easy to do anyway I love my little tablet it was real cheap too I never expected to own one but I paid under a hundred bucks for it so I'm really happy and so far so good it doesn't heat up like my phone does that's a little bit but not like my phone those pretty good with the heat charging takes a little while I don't think it's a fast charger but it goes pretty fast I put it on my Speedo one and Let It Go charge of 10 minutes then which is another good feature I like the charging it close to 100%, my phone just stops at 85 but I don't know I think 100% kind of depletes the battery so I got to figure out a way to set it for 85%. That's a better feature too I probably just babbling now but anyway it's worth it well worth buying it's 30 you got to cover for the back the storage capacity is good 128 GB which is nice and then I got some 20 gigs of RAM which is better because I am trying to write a book and it's going to hold all my book so that's another reason I purchased the tablet and it goes bright and it goes dark it's like the dark mode better but memory and storage is good hasn't hesitated once yet so it'll have its hiccups I'm sure other than that it's been really good here's a couple of pictures for you I like the big screen I'm so sick of my little tiny phone this one's a 10.1 inch it's pretty nice I got a lot of room but things kind of heavy to hang on to and hold up but because I guess goes along with the parts inside anyway good review I'm

Purchased this week during prime days. Lots of extras with this tablet (keyboard, mouse, screen protector, charger). Easy to set up and works great. I did not want to spend a lot of money as it was for my granddaughter. She is very happy with it. I had to help her set it up but she caught on quickly how to use. Will have to wait and see if any problems arise but so far SUPER.

**Edit**Lucy in Customer Service responded really quickly and offered an immediate replacement and was sensitive and kind. They felt I'd just been sent a rare, bad unit and were willing to make good to prove that their product was as good as the majority of other reviews indicate. I'm upping this review to 4 stars simply for that fact. Unfortunately, I've already purchased another and had already started my return. Them sending me something new feels wrong. They also offered to help in the future. They stand behind their product and are willing to fix issues quickly. More likely, I think my tablet was a fluke. If you have problems, contact customer service. Runs super hot. Battery lasts 2 1/2 hours, at most, when just surfing. Lost a full charge in ~18 hours when on a day it wasn't in use. Takes 3-4 hours to charge. Also gets hot as charges. Picture quality okay. Not HD level but fine. Touchscreen lag. Had problems playing games because of that. Also came with these things that look like watermarks on the screen. (See pic) I didn't expect something amazing but did think something basic would be fine for what I'm using. I didn't try the accessories. Am returning. I've had it a week, trying to make it work...or make myself accept something crappy, I realized. It's unfortunate. It seemed like a good buy for the first few hours.

The tablet is GREAT for my use. The color/clarity of the screen is outstanding! I don't use it daily, but the charge lasts for a few days between uses. It re-charges fairly quick. It is a nice weight which helps when using it in a reclined position, especially if one has joint pain issues. It is easy to use and set up. I haven't used the mouse or keyboard yet, but feel they will function as well as the tablet does. Considering the quality/durability of the tablet, the accessories that come with the it and the two year warranty, the price is a wonderful bargain. It was delivered quickly and safely packaged for shipping.

This product is great for the price. I needed something bigger than my cell phone but not necessarily a lap top. I am able to take this on the go....meetings, work, vacation etc. I also like the small keyboard. I did buy a keyboard with a cradle for my office.

This company is easy to work with. The mouse came broken but they are offering a $50.00 return for it. I will give it a 4 star till I receive the refund. Then it will get 5 stars. The tablet was easy to set up. I would highly recommend purchasing.
