My husband got me this tablet for Christmas. It was very affordable and came quickly. The only downside is that when I received my first tablet, it was defective and seemed to crash because of a virus. Good thing I contacted HR and activated the warranty before opening and turning it on. I contacted them quickly Sent them a picture of the crash message that popped up on the screen as soon as I turned on the device. They got back to me within the hour, on Christmas day mind you. Thankfully their plan of resolution was to send a new tablet in the mail ASAP. I quickly received my replacement and the first thing I did was turn it on, and there were no crash messages or viruses affecting the speed and performance of the device. It came with a screen protector, a case, a mouse and a keyboard with the operating manual. I absolutely love this device and I’m thankful they were able to send a new one. definitely would recommend this tablet for beginners or people who want to get used to using a computer/tablet that are too weary diving into an expensive Samsung or Apple iPad.

Feb 2025 update - I love this tablet, but it is very inconsistent in reliability. I have had several incidents when I attempt to use it and it decides not to come on, it goes through the manufacturer screen but doesn't move on to use. So I fiddle with combinations of the buttons and eventually I can get it to work. This inconsistency makes me concerned "will this be the day I can't make it start?" I've also had time that the screen starts to flicker so I shut down and hope that it will come back on... or is this the time it's a final failure? This is my original review back in Dec 2024 -I had an ipod touch which I used for playing my games and listening to audiobooks. Cost a lot of money and lasted only 2 years. I was heartbroken. They don't make them anymore and I really didn't want to pay close to $400 to replace it with an obsolete ipod touch. I found this tablet at Amazon - including cover, keyboard, mouse - for about 1/4 the price of the ipod touch. I gave it a try and LOVE it! Obviously the screen is larger making it easier to see. It is lightweight, responsive touch screen. Worth every penny. I've used it for about 2 months now and it performs flawlessly. PLUS I've registered it and I get 2 year warranty. They've emailed to me their customer support line stating if any problems contact them right away. I made a great decision when I chose this tablet. I highly recommend it if you are considering a tablet.

Worst tablet I've ever purchased, it's frustrating slow, very laggy, it's doing 20 different things at once, you can't do much with it, hooked up to my wifi kept losing signal, hooked up to phones hotspot same thing, it says 14gb ram but all the programs running at the same time (that you can't do anything about) make it difficult to do anything, the keyboard is also laggy and had to retype a lot, then the device keyboard tray kept popping up, mouse sucks, overall quality means nothing if you can't do anything, battery doesn't last more than a couple of hours because it's got so much nonsense running at the same time, I'm not satisfied with the product, I wouldn't waste your money, it's not even worth $50 for a kids tablet, I will be sending it back for a refund, spend another $100 and get the galaxy

Bought as Christmas gift for my pre-teen son, he loves it. Comes with everything you need including a nice cover, keyboard and mouse. Expandable memory. Very fast for games and streaming videos. He is also able to use google docs and his electronic text books for school without having to carry around his laptop. I now want to order one for myself!

This company is easy to work with. The mouse came broken but they are offering a $50.00 return for it. I will give it a 4 star till I receive the refund. Then it will get 5 stars. The tablet was easy to set up. I would highly recommend purchasing.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this tablet for light use, mainly so that I could read while in bed. I've had it for a month now, and I have no regrets! What I like about the tablet: I only have to charge it once every few days, the screen size is perfect for reading, and it even has a setting to filter out blue light when reading at night. What I think could be better: the speaker quality could use improvement. I watched a few episodes of one of my shows on the tablet, and it took some time getting used to how dated the speakers sound. Also, the screen has a slight input delay compared to my phone. So when touching something on the screen, the tablet responds a tad bit slower than I'm used to. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase and I definitely think it's a good deal for the price!
