I did have a hiccup with the 1st one I ordered but the costumer service was amazing and they sent me another one quite quickly they are amazing. New tablet is working GREAT! The size is perfect, it comes with all the accessories you could ask for. Keyboard and mouse connect and work well with it. It's like a mini laptop. The interface is awesome. The quality is on point. It's as great as these brand Android tablets but with a more reasonable price. Battery life is great. Now I take it everywhere. Memory is better then those Samsung tablets! I bought one for me and one for my 7 year old daughter. We both love it! It's just as fast as the name brand tablet we have, and has a ton more storage. She set up the keyboard and mouse by herself in my office so we can "work" together. She has shown me a few tip that I didn't even know. We both use it for watching videos and playing games. I've had no issues. The company reached out to me via email to set up the 2 year warranty. Well worth it. Quality is ok. The accessories are on the cheaper side, but they all work great. Screen isn't as good as the high end tablets, and not as responsive, but it plays HD videos well, and is sensitive enough especially when using a stylus. I love this tablet it has a wide range of features which is consist of a large battery life that can last up to 72hrs on stand by . I play alot of video games and do alot of live streaming which the tablet last up to 8hrs before another charge. It has a 10.1 inch screen size a great resolution of 1280*800 wich is super clear graphics. The picture quality is amazing, crystal clear for videos and watching movies. It also features a 14 GB RAM which is super fast including extra storage space for expandable memory which makes it outstanding. It's suitable for kids because it comes with a parental control as well as it is wide, larger than standard tablets, it's at an affordable cost than most high end brands ex samsung or apple brands. Has dual cameras and Bluetooth which makes life easier it's compatible with other devices. The media could not be loaded. Holy Cow this X900 Tablet is great!!! It's such a great value and works awesome. It has all the features of their more expensive competitors at a fraction of the cost. I was actually able to copy all the Apps on my old tablet onto my X900 wirelessly. Its also substantially faster than my old Samsung Tablet. There' plenty of memory available so it's fast too. I also love the sleek styling of the Case. I probably won't use the Keyboard but that doesn't matter because my wife stole it and it works great on her IPad. So goodbye Keyboard lol. You can't go wrong with the Tablet. Excellent value and Aocwei has great customer service as well. So go from it. ... show more
