This was an incredible device at an unbelievable discount! I could not find a single scratch on it. The device came with a glass screen protector pre-installed. When the battery health was checked it showed 100% and that the device had only been charged a handful of times. The screen was incredibly bright. The iPad was heavier than I was used to (I have an iPad mini), but that was to be expected. I wasn't ready for just how tall and wide it was! I found it cumbersome and felt conspicuous when I took it out of my backpack. On the second day I started getting warnings about storage space (I got the 128 GB version), which was unexpected. This is my first Renewed purchase so I was worried what the condition would be like when I finally received the package. I have to admit that I shouldn’t have anything to worry about. This iPad arrived in a near mint condition with the iPad design looking flawless. I also checked the battery health to see what the battery life was looking and this is incredible. The battery is at 100% capacity and only 39 cycles count. I do hope to enjoy this iPad Air for an extended amount of time. I’m a frugal and practical person when it comes to these high $$ tech devices. I don’t like to upgrade to the latest generation each year. I like to keep on using the same device until the performance drops significantly or there is no more security update for the current model. That is what made me upgrade from my OG iPad Pro 13 because September last year was the last security update for that device. This time I moved away from the iPad Pro and wanted just a nice, basic 13” iPad. I found that overall I used my iPad Pro 13 inch as my home device to watch videos and surf the internet. I did a lot of research between iPads and came to the conclusion that I wanted this one and I’m glad I did. For a used iPad I’m blown away. There was one microscopic scratch on the top of the screen and looks brand new everywhere else. I had to seriously look for why this wasn’t considered “like new” bc the battery life is great, basically no visible scratches, it came with all the original packaging and it only overheats when I have several really powerful programs (photoshop, illustrator, procreate, etc) all running at once. And it doesn’t really overheat it just gets a bit warm sometimes. I’m happy it’s compatible with apple pen pro and Magic Keyboard, which I use all the time. I don’t think I can complain about anything including the sale price I got it for… but if I had to it’s the bad camera quality as I’m used to the gorgeous iPhone pro max camera but I have no reason to take pictures with it so it doesn’t bother me much.
