We got this collar and remote because our dog was too smart with just a bark collar. He knew how to make it not go off and avoid getting shocked. He also would exhibit bad behaviors that needed corrected that wasn’t related to barking. Having a remote and collar allows us use the automatic mode and the remote for other behaviors that is not just barking. I have found this collar has a longer battery than others and will go over even with howling as other collars we used didn’t go off for his howls, only barking. We keep it on automatic mode and keep the remote nearby for other corrections as needed.

I was scared to try this because of the shocking but I was also about to lose my mind with the barking! 20 mins in and she was behaving so much better! Even with jumping and being hyper (she’s only 6 months old) and it’s only shocked her once! The vibration and beeping get her attention before it gets the the shocking. Absolutely worth the money my only regret is suffering for months without it lol

I was hesitant to get a bark collar for my dog, it just didn't feel right trying this method of training, but I'm so happy I did! My one-year-old Rottie became a barking nut job over night. No amount of training was working. I did some research and felt this collar offered a humane way to train her. It's only been a few days and she's getting the idea. Now I verbally correct her first, wait a few seconds and reward her for listening. If she continues to bark, bounce on the fence, etc. I give another verbal command and wait for her to stop. If she continues to bark I either give a "beep" or "vibrate" on level one, and she stops! She immediately gets a cookie for listening. The collar is easy to use - it recharges easily, the collar clips on easily, and the remote is very easy to use and understand. I cannot recommend this collar enough. You don't have to hurt your dog to break a bad habit. This is truly a great product.

This is the third bark collar that I have purchased. This one seems to work the best I use it in the automatic mode, but it does have a remote if you want to manually activate the caller. The biggest downsides with this caller is it does not seem to stay charged for very long. I have been having to charge it every few days. As you can see in the picture, we have a miniature long-haired dachshund. For reference he weighs 12 pounds. There is extra collar that I still have to trim off.

I like many things about this color… I love the size and that it isn’t a heavy and bulky color like many of them are. I have a smaller breed of dog and so it works perfectly. It holds a charge really well and it is easy and convenient to charge with the charger it comes with. The remote is super handy! I actually got a couple small magnets and stuck them on the back and it goes on my fridge so it’s convenient and doesn’t get lost. The only two things that I think are the most difficult are that if another dog in the house is barking and somewhat near my dog who’s wearing the collar, his collar goes off when on auto-mode, even if he’s not the one that barked. The other thing is that I found it hard to figure out the auto mode and how exactly to set it up correctly so it doesn’t shock them, but just does the vibration only and if it turns off to charge, if I have to then re-program it for auto mode if when it powers back on, it goes back to the default setting of the auto-mode it was on before it turned off. The directions that came with it weren’t real clear. All in all, I really do like it and my dog responds well.

At first, it really scared my dog when I used the just the beep. I tried the vibrate the next time and the poor little guy thought it bit him. I soon learned the beep would work enough. I have only had to put the beep button like 3 times. Now when I tell him no bark, he stops barking. Its amazing!

Product is well made with visual indicator for settings/charge. We like the fact that it has a three prong approach for training (sound, vibration, shock). We find the sound and vibration to be sufficient to train our dog, with shock rarely needed. Battery life is about 7-10 days and then needs to be charged. this is shorter than other collars we have used. We would rate overall 4.5 stars -- we rounded up :)

I have 2 mini poodle mix dogs. Same litter. They are a year and a half old. They get wound up every evening, and start fighting. Phoebe makes an awful screeching noise. Holly was going outside during the night and barking like crazy. I got this collar in hopes that I could break these habits. Well! First evening: collar set on auto, intensety at 1 ( very low) as soon as the screeching started, there was beeping, they startled , and no more fighting or screeching since! Barking stopped the same way. Awww, peace and quiet at last . I recommend this collar. No need for shock, the beeps are enough for small dogs.
