    • DOES NOT WORK, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AIPER
I recently tried this piece of garbage for about two weeks. I used it on a daily basis. DOES NO WORK. I have a 24x15 above ground pool. After using the Plus, the pool floor looked like it was clean, but the Plus actually just sucked up some dirt but dispersed the rest only to settle mere hours later in the same place it was originally. Additionally, the Plus would CONSTANTLY get stuck and needed way too much attention and prodding to keep it running across the pool bottom. The plus also cannot be used with the pool pump on. I GAVE it away to a friend, but I was kind enough to advise this person of my findings should they want to find a vacuum that actually works. JUNK. DO NOT BUY. I ended up with a Dolphin Cayman, to which I added the extra fine filter. This unit actually DOES pick up and hold onto fine particles, though its wall climbing abilities are more than somewhat questionable. I should have bought the Dolphin Escape and save a few $$. I am so happy to be able to advise others about these two different units (Aiper and Dolphin). After all the 'GREAT REVIEWS' I read and watched about the Aiper, it turns out to be a TOTAL FAIL. Avoid at all costs. Spend a little more money and choose another brand. Probably ANY OTHER brand! I can't emphasize it enough, absolutely disgusted with the Aiper. Oh yeah, GOOD LUCK if you have to contact Aiper's "CUSTOMER SERVICE". You will have an easier time communicating with a rock you dig up from your back yard. The media could not be loaded. Update 7/15 Simy From customer service is a rock star! I cannot believe how well the customer service is. We got machine number 3 a “pro” not plus … please read what was happening to my plus below ..this machine is a beast! I put it in and it just kept cleaning. When I thought it was done it started scrubbing the walls which is great as that will help stop with algae. The machine was cleaning for a good 3 hours. With a 2 year warranty I feel super comfortable that Aiper they are here to stay !! I had a Nautilus CC in my garage new in the box just in case but feel this is as just as good machine without the cord !! Posted before It keeps getting stuck to my wall I have a 16x32 flat pool . It goes back and forth and picks up the “sand” brand new pool but then gets stuck on the side of the wall. I have to push it away for it to get rolling back and forth .. looks like there isn’t enough torque .. this is my 2nd one trying this out with the same result .. if I wanted to sit and watch the machine so it doesn’t get stuck cleaning the pool mind as well and do it myself .. gonna try the smaller version as it has a lot more better ratings .. if I have to go up in cost I would rather get a dolphin ... show more

    • Purchased the 2023 AIPER Seagull twice and both stopped functioning
I first purchased this product on May 30, 2023. The product worked great for the first 3 weeks, then during the fourth week I would turn on the unit, place it in the pool, it would run for about 30 seconds, and then stop running. I returned the product to Amazon for a full refund. I saw the product on coupon a week later, and decided to give it another chance thinking I may have just purchased a lemon the first time. Once again, after using the product for a few weeks, during which time it worked flawlessly, the exact same issue occurred, which is: after a full charge, I turned the unit on, placed it in the pool, it ran for a few seconds, and then stopped. When I pulled it out of the pool it behaved as if the battery was dead. Charged it again, and same result. Reaching to manufacturing to see if they have any recommendations to fix the issue, but until the product has a lifespan of more than a month, I can't give it higher than 1 star. I will update my review if my experience changes, but for now it is what it is.... disappointing!! ... show more

    • Stopped working
I purchased this vacuum 9 months ago and it has stopped working. It does not move when lowered into the pool. We clean it out like we should, we keep it stored out of the weather and follow all instructions on maintaining it. I do not recomment purchasing this product. Unless, of course you want to throw away almost $300 and by all means, I'll sell you mine for a discount. ... show more
