Came brand new in the box and sealed with plastic. Everything connects and works all pieces present and accounted for. Perfect size. Had to turn the volume off because it was loud and I got it for work and school. The apps I needed for work and school installed quickly. Seems very durable. The only issue which isn’t even really an issue is that the battery goes down relatively quickly but not so quickly it will affect the tended use. 4.5/5 stars only because the battery life could be a bit better and the case doesn’t hold the tablet up as shown in the pictures but for the price I can’t complain.

I've had this tablet for a little bit and actually like it quite a lot. It is a great value. The one drawback is that the keyboard and mouse do not always communicate with the tablet and so I have stopped using them, which is a shame since the reason I chose this one was because when I type I like using a keyboard.

Great tablet so far mouse doesn't work...I tried finding ways 2 contact them on that other than short of returning the entire thing which I don't want to it if it just needs a part of it replaced

From the moment I powered it on, the improved fluidity of Android 15 was immediately noticeable. Animations are incredibly smooth, and navigating through the UI feels incredibly snappy. Even with multiple apps open, there's no hint of lag or stutter, which is a significant improvement over previous Android versions. This enhanced optimization really makes a difference in daily use, making everything from Browse the web to switching between demanding applications a joy. One of the standout features for tablet users in Android 15 is the improved multitasking. The new "App Pairs" feature is a game-changer. I can now save pairs of apps that I frequently use together in split-screen mode, and launch them with a single tap from my home screen. This is incredibly efficient for tasks like referencing notes while writing an email or watching a video while Browse social media. The pinnable taskbar is another welcome addition, providing quick access to my favorite apps no matter what I'm doing. I'm not a tech person. It was easy to set up the tablet and get ready for a trip. I was able to set up the sites I'll be using. The printed instructions are too small, at least for my old eyes. I was able to set it up after turning it on and following instrucitons. Key board was also easy to set up. Unless I'm missing something it will have to be carried independent of the case since I found no way to attach it. I was not able to figure out how to use the mouse. From reading reviews, it apparently needs a battery but I was an unable to figure out how to open it. It's not a big deal since the tablet has a touch screen. The tablet seems to take a very long time to charge and the battery seems to run down fairly quickly. It comes with a stylus, which I haven't used and a cable for charging the keyboard and tablet. The manual recommends that only this cable be used for charging. Websites are slower to download than I'm used to, but it's proabably only a few seconds. I needed a tablet quickly and I'll be OK if it lasts only for this trip. If there are any major problems, I'll report on them later, but for now it seems fit for use for what I need it for. I was able to get same day delivery. I heard the driver drop off the device so I was able to pick it up within a minute of delivery. Of all the things I've had delivered, it was the worst postioning of the box that I've ever seen. The porch is such that it's easy to hide a box so that it's not seen from the street. This box was not only fully visible from the street, it was placed on a narrow top rail of the porch so that it was not only visible, but it could fall 2-3 feet to the ground if there was a strong wind. Overall, I'm pleased that I got the tablet so quickly and that it appears to be fit for my use, though those that have greater needs in terms of capabilites and sturdiness might want to look elsewhere.
