I have this setup in my baby's room and I was able to set this up on my own. I installed this on a wall that allows me to show not only the window in my baby's room but her whole room with her crib. The magnet that holds the camera has a sticky part on the other side of it. Once I cleaned the wall, I was able to mount it on the wall. The camera has a magnet inside of the base and still just stick to the metal disc immediately. The camera is really easy to adjust and connect to the monitor. The monitor is roughly the same size as my old iPhone or even my old iPod. It can either stand on it's own or be carried around. It's very similar to my security cameras but with this, I get a better 2 way with this. With my security cameras, there's a 2-3 second delay when using it's 2 way function. With this monitor, when I start talking, it's immediate as if I was using a 2 way radio. Whether I'm using this during the day or at night, the picture quality is absolutely amazing. Even when it shows at night, I can clearly see where my baby is and if my other one sneaks in to "check" on their sibling or wake them up. The remote options on the handheld monitor is really easy to use and since the camera rotates, it allows me to move this camera in any direction I want. The media could not be loaded. This camera baby monitor is awesome. I bought for when I have my niece over so that I can always keep an eye on her. I'm out of the baby stage with all of my children being older now so the built in feeding timer is a huge plus for me lol I can set a reminder for feeding times and it reminds you. The picture and video quality is super clear. The 2 way audio is cool so you can talk to the baby right through the monitor and hear if he or she is in distress. The installation and set up is very easy. It has a high powered sticky magnet and 2 seconds it's done. You can connect to 4 more cameras which is great. You can manually rotate 360 degrees from left to right and120° up and down for an easy visual. It has 3 settings of brightness for the built in night light which is perfect. It also has music built in to play for bedtime. The night vision is super clear quality. This is a great price and value. Definately recommend. ... show more

I’ve been searching for a budget friendly monitor to keep in my child’s room with the VOX option. I just need to hear if I’m needed during the night, and I also have the occasional sense of urgency to make sure all is well in my child’s room. Our high tech, large color display video monitor would no longer hold a charge, and I do not think all that jazz is necessary at this point in my child’s life. I bought this for my moms house for when she watches my daughter & the camera is amazing! It has the option to play lullabies, but plays them through the portable screen not the camera so baby can’t hear them. STRANGE! Also, the camera has a light on it that turns on all the time. Unless we unplug the camera, the light randomly comes on throughout the night. ... show more

It’s obvious that you get what you pay for. We needed a simple baby monitor to put in our toddlers’ room, and this was cheap and had decent reviews. The camera quality and settings are what you would expect from a typical baby monitor. Install is easy; the back is magnetic and it comes with a metal plate with adhesive to put on the wall. After only a week of use, we noticed that it started picking up on sound and movement less and less. Now, at two weeks of use it doesn’t work at all; you have to turn the screen on to check the camera instead of it coming on when it hears crying. Someone can literally be screaming in the room and the camera doesn’t pick up on it. I expected to at least get a few months out of this baby monitor, not two WEEKS. It’s junk. ... show more

It's simple and easy to use. Allows you to see and hear baby. The only thing I don't like is the volume on the cam is not separate from the volume on the remote. So if you turn the volume down it affects the music playing for baby on the camera

It was VERY easy to set up the camera and read instruction how to use a monitor. I love that it’s simple to use it and I can see and hear when the baby is awake or if he lost his pacifier. I will update about the range distance -I haven’t checked how far I can go from the house but in the two story house the connection is good!!! ... show more

This works really great! It does everything we need it to do. Its got a great night light and you can adjust the brightness on it. It has a number of different music settings from a heartbeat to white noise and honestly it’s really easy to mount anywhere as long as you keep the receiver charged when you’re able to take it anywhere in the house with you and still keep an eye on your baby it’s great I definitely know will be using this for a long time as well ... show more
