I had a problem with the torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder. I used to get these horrible pains in the muscles in my rhomboid and Trapezius muscles. It is hard to tell from the listing, but this vibrator pushes straight out from the body of the vibrator, so it "punches" the muscle. This vibrator did an excellent job of helping reduce that tension that was stored up in my muscle. It felt so good. Something that is new to me, this vibrator is recharged with the USB cable. Nice little hand held massager. Not very heavy. The various heads and speeds are very cool to have so you can use on different parts of the body, with relevant parts and speeds as you may need. I usually go full power with the ball like head. Very good to have item. I think we should have an extra one in the car to use during breaks on long drives or after a long hike. On lowest speeds I ever massage my face and forehead nape of neck (carefully) and it feels very good. The only thing is I wish it was a notch strong in its massaging, for my deep down muscles in glutes and hips. But still not at all bad for what it does. ... show more

I bought this for my bf for Valentines and it is serving us BOTH well (haha yes I had semi-selfish intentions but he doesn't mind). We both get lower back pain and seriously, a couple minutes of using this on each other and it's like a magic eraser... poof, pain is gone! I performed a short session on him today before we ran errands and 10 hours later he is still pain-free. I like the digital settings and how easy it is to use. Sorry to other reviewers here but it is NOT too loud. I just did his whole back and hamstrings while we listened to music and easily had a conversation. Yes, of course you can hear it vibrating but it's in no way obnoxious. I also like that I can use it on my low back by myself since it's easy to hold and maneuver (with my little hands, it still has a solid grip to it). I'm about to buy another one for my dad's birthday and I just know he'll be as shocked as I was at how effective and fast it is! Pull the trigger on this and make your purchase, you won't regret it. Plus, from other people's feedback on here it seems like customer service will work with you if you don't like it...however, I myself have not had to contact them because so far it's living up to all our expectations. I love massages that are cheap and good. This one is both cheap and good. My wife is a sucker. She returned it and bought the Marks more expensive one but this one is the one that's real value. I chose it but of course whatever I choose never stands in my house however, don't be fooled by the expensive ones. This one does an excellent job you're gonna love it they're better than going to the masseuse by the way by the way, much better and you can do this massage by yourself at home great and if you're going to your masseuse ticket with you have them use it on you.     • Battery and power life is pretty disappointing
this product is okay! it definitely gets the job done if you’re in immediate pain and looking for some quick relief. however; it’s not nearly as strong as i thought it would be. there are about 8 or 9 speeds on it but even the highest one doesn’t do very much. the battery life is probably the worst i’ve seen on a massager. i usually use it on the 5th or 6th setting and with a full charge, it only lasts about 15 minutes. pretty sad tbh and its unfortunate that you can’t use it while it’s plugged in. overall, wouldn’t recommend for its price range ... show more
