As my son turn 14 yrs old last month I brought an especially birthday gift to surprised him. Unfortunately pandemic took away our limited for all the activities. We haven't went to park for a long time. After yrs pandemic My kids are grow taller and their old bikes were too small for them. So I went shop around and done alots of research decided to purchase this awesome mountain bike. It looks beautiful and stylish and colors combination is perfect too. Nice overall bike , had a issue with some defects but costumer service made it right. Added some performance parts and easily made a very solid bike

    • Not happy returning it … No directions and it had a dent the size of my thumb in the crossbar

The bike seems sturdy for what you pay for. The problem was the assembly. I give Cybic 2 stars only because they were pretty responsive with me, although they had no idea how to fix my problem, and they sent me a grab bag bike. The frustrating part is that the bike I bought, and the grab bag bike, BOTH had the disc brakes installed backwards. I did not realize this because I do not work on bikes, but my friend who is VERY familiar with bike mechanics fixed the issue. If not for my buddy these bikes would have been useless. My suggestion is do a better job at quality control. I would not purchase again nor would I recommend anyone purchase these bikes. ... show more

    • The item is cheaply made
The item is cheaply made, pedal assembly is damaged, the seat will not tighten all the way, keeps dropping while riding. I am very disappointed in the overall design of the bike. All tighten point continuously need to be monitored and tightened, I keep a small took kit with me even on short trips
