I am so in love with my new MacBook Pro! The overall laptop seems to be in perfect physical condition and the functionality of the MacBook itself is phenomenal. I love the way the keyboard feels and that it lights up, it’s very convenient to use later at night while laying in bed and doing a little Amazon shopping, so I can see where my keys are lol. The battery life has been lasting for hours and has honestly shocked me because I’ve never had a laptop that holds the charge for as long as this one. It is so easy to quickly switch between programs and I absolutely love that I can pull up my actual phone and see everything on it from my laptop now! There seems to be no lagging in any way and I definitely feel like I got a wonderful deal for the price that I paid for this 2022 MacBook Pro! This was such a great buy. Can’t stress enough how awesome its condition is and packaging was superb. There was a delay of one day on delivery but not holding that against the seller. Nonetheless do t sleep on these refurbished MacBook pros. They are excellent.

Amazon Renewed?? What does that mean? Nothing?? I paid a lot of money only to receive a laptop that visually passes muster but crashes and restarts during multiple setup attempts. It's prompting to reinstall OSX. TOTAL fiasco and waste of time. What a joke. This was the first time buying a used laptop from through Amazon. Not perfect, but not terrible. I will say that in terms of the speed of delivery, that was fantastic! That being said, I will say that I am concerned with the overall cleanliness of the item and the fact that there's something loose/ shifting around inside the shell/ body. Very minor exterior damage to the screen and body, which is to be expected on a 3-4yr old device. But then to struggle with several keys in the home row being stuck down or not wanting to return from the depressed position started to become infuriating. I have made two attempts in the less than 24hr period to clean and correct the key issue. I am going to make another attempt to clean the keys and hopefully that issue will resolve itself. I do have concerns over the floating object inside, but do not plan to disassemble a functional device unless it causes a failure. Outside of that, I haven't had a Mac since college and am still impressed with the overall function of the device. Thank you! ... show more
