I was a little nervous buying a secondhand Mac, I have heard so many horror stories about refurbished items and I was extremely hesitant. However I received this item (a day late bc of UPS) it is in perfect condition. The first thing I checked was the battery and I was hoping for a replaced battery BUT the battery still has over 90% life and it's only been through 80 cycles. The overall condition of the Mac was pretty good. From what I noticed there are 0 scratches or dents on the computer on its own. The only thing I noticed was the battery life being where it is, however still a very good sale in general. The functionality of the Mac is still as if it was brand new and straight from Apple Park, no noticeable bottlenecking or slow speeds for the older M2 chip. The Design is just the basic Macbook Pro Design. Overall an amazing purchase would 100% buy from this third party again. ... show more

I feel good with my purchase, I saved money and got a nice product. I have used it for a week to work now and I haven't had any issues. Cannt complain, the laptop came in great condition but the charger it came with did not work so I had to buy a 3rd party 65w charger, I still use it today but my one regret is not getting one with more ram, but the battery life is good though.

I am so in love with my new MacBook Pro! The overall laptop seems to be in perfect physical condition and the functionality of the MacBook itself is phenomenal. I love the way the keyboard feels and that it lights up, it’s very convenient to use later at night while laying in bed and doing a little Amazon shopping, so I can see where my keys are lol. The battery life has been lasting for hours and has honestly shocked me because I’ve never had a laptop that holds the charge for as long as this one. It is so easy to quickly switch between programs and I absolutely love that I can pull up my actual phone and see everything on it from my laptop now! There seems to be no lagging in any way and I definitely feel like I got a wonderful deal for the price that I paid for this 2022 MacBook Pro! I was a little skeptical about purchasing a refurbished MacBook, so I decided to wait several weeks before putting out a review. I was totally impressed with this purchase. I almost went with either a 2021 MacBook Pro, or a 2024 MacBook Air when I saw this on the list. While it was not in original packing, it was very well packed with an inflatable air packer. The power cord was an original Apple brand. This laptop looked brand new; not even the tiniest scratch and it still has a year and a half left of Apple Care. I heard some reviews about the 2022 MacBook Pro that were not very flattering, such as the fact that the camera is 720p while the MacBook Air is 1080p. I'm not interested in using this MacBook Pro for video conferencing, so the camera was of little importance. I've worked with a couple of MacBook Pros in the past and have always been impressed with them. Now I understand that this is not a gaming laptop, but it wasn't designed to be such. My purpose is to use it with photo editing. I have a couple of editing programs that just would not work well on my 2014 MacBook Pro. So along came this one and it's incredible. The M2 processor is fast and makes photo editing easy. The cycle count of the battery as I write is 8, but as I purchased this 7 weeks ago, I suspect that the count was either 4 or 5. And speaking about the battery, the life of this one is tremendous! I think it's advertised as having up to 24 hours on a charge depending on its use. It's definitely at least that! It also came with a Touch Bar, probably the last of a dying breed. The Touch Bar was not a make or break issue, but I do like it, especially adding Pock to make it more versatile. A first, I was a little disappointed that it didn't have the usual ports that I have been accustomed to. There are two Thunderbolt / USB 4 ports and a 3.5mm headphone jack. However, I did purchase a USB hub for it and it works just fine. The price was excellent. A new MacBook Pro was simply out of my price range. I've had a 13" and a 16" MacBook in the past and I just like the 13" for its compact size. If you're looking for a decent MacBook Pro but don't want to break the bank, then you will not be disappointed. I'm sure the newer MacBook Air is a wonderful machine, but I like the Pro and am totally satisfied with this purchase. ... show more
