I originally received a defective Apple iPad Pro (12.9-inch, 6th Generation, 2022) that unfortunately did not function properly. It is exactly how as advertised. While I was looking to purchase Ipad Pro I had some must have features on my list. The first one was 12.9 Pro - 1 TB minimum - Wifi + Cellular. It is because, 1TB and 2 TB models have 16gb ram. It is more important than some people realize. I wanted to share my thoughts after couple months of usage. And it is excellent. I have ditched my old laptop. For me Ipad works great. Office work - mail, pdf, google docs and many other reading tolls and apps just on point for me. The day I ordered mine. I have also purchased paperlike screen protector + 100w usb c charger + usb hub as well. I connect my mouse and other devices to my ipad. The product i got has moderate about battery life. It could be better. When I purchased it I took pictures which you can see how it looks. And you will see the very small scratches on the device. I am currently using without case or cover. It is actually has some scratches from day to day usage. I actually recommend to buy a case. Durability is great. The device looks awesome. Screen is great. There is no imperfections on it. Weight is very light. I just simply grab and go. The speed of device is excellent for my usage. I am not looking to get new Ipad soon. ... show more

Ordered a 12.9 ipad pro 1tb cellular model in excellent condition and was pretty worried after reading reviews, regretted not looking for a premium condition. It came from tech exchange and even though I didnt need cellular, it was cheaper than the 1tb wifi only version. It came via fedex in a bubble soft envelope with a plain brown box inside. The ipad was bubble wrapped in the brown box along with a short cable and a shark wall charger, 20 watts. I first inspected the back side of the ipad and didnt see any dents or scratches, just an inventory sticker and some sticker residue. There was no screen protector on it and the screen was covered in smudges. After cleaning the screen with a microfiber cloth I discovered a small scratch about 5mm long on the edge of the screen on the bezel part of the glass. I tried to see if i could feel it with my nail and really couldnt. The ipad was already powered on and at 3% so I knew it worked but was unsure about the battery life or if the cellular service was locked. I thought there would be a battery health percentage in the settings but thats only available in the m4 models. I was surprised to see applecare+ was on the device and still had 3 months left. After fully charging it and using it for a couple days, the battery is holding up well. Only losing about 15% per hour which i think is pretty good. I was also able to activate it on Tmobile plan, $10 for 5Gb/180 days. Overall experience was pretty good. The small scratch didnt bother me and I had a hard time seeing it when I was looking for it after fully charging the ipad. I ended up buying a screen protector and unicorn beetle case and it covers the bezel anyway. I did add on the 2yr asurion protection to the device for $80, since my biggest fear is that it would stop working after the 90 day return window. If youre looking at the pro line up then I think renewed is a good choice and worth the gamble. If you just want an ipad and dont need the pro features or larger capacity then a new A16 base storage model maybe better. ... show more

It came on time Screen protector was installed The battery charged to 100% Was not charged when it got delivered Face ID , no Touch ID cellular data works I have service with T mobile Right now I’m using it for WiFi I have not noticed any scratches on the body, there is just a couple of small scratches on the screen It works as if I bought it brand new It came with a 20 watt charger and a USB C cord If you use a 25 watt or 30 watt fast charger with this iPad Pro you can charge it to 100% in 2 hours and 35 minutes The hours this iPad was used to test battery life was when it was used connected to WiFi only I have not tested the battery life with this iPad using cellular data It was shipped with UPS The advertised battery life band new is 10 hours I bought it renewed excellent, and I got 9 hours and 1 minute with 8 percent of battery life left unused And that’s by watching movies and tv shows non stop by using safari browser, and regular apps And that’s With the screen brightness, and volume set at 60 percent So for a renewed iPad Pro 13 inch 6th generation that’s pretty good I highly recommend it I will update this review later. ... show more

    • Battery Severely Degraded — Not Worth the Purchase

The device arrived in good cosmetic condition, but the battery is a complete disappointment. It barely lasts around 4 hours with very basic use (LinkedIn and web browsing), runs hotter than expected, and is clearly heavily degraded. This is unacceptable for a device in this category, even if it’s used. Now I have to cover the cost of a battery replacement myself, which isn’t cheap, and go through the entire process with an authorized service provider. I feel the actual condition of the battery was not disclosed transparently at the time of purchase. Had I known this, I definitely wouldn’t have bought it. I do not recommend buying refurbished devices like this without clear information about battery health. Very poor experience. ... show more

The out side was beat up pretty good but expected that, I’m using it for work so wasn’t a huge deal to me, pretty happy with it, would of gave 5 stars but the screen had a couple little dead spots in it that mess the Apple Pencil up, but it’s “refurbished” so can’t complain to much but for the most part I’m happy with but if your wanting something next to new, don’t get this. ... show more
