It’s refurbished so it does not come in original box or with original charger, duh. That’s fine. I got a flawless iPad from what I can tell so far. There were no light scratches on mine. I would’ve been fine with there being some, but I was super surprised when it looked brand new, I mean brand new. It was charged about half full when I received it, but that’s also expected since it was in the mail. I’m super happy with it. It runs very nice and smooth too.

The media could not be loaded. I hear a lot of bad things come out of buying renewed items. This is the second renewed item I’ve bought off Amazon and it works just fine. The iPad DID need an update which of course it would. It DID come with only 1% battery life which is fine. The quality was what I was expecting, perfect. For the value of getting a renewed item, it’s worth every penny. The appearance didn’t have any scratches. After updating the iPad, it was a smooth user experience. I have to say I’m very happy with this purchase. I got what I wanted in good condition. Thank you!

Purchased a premier refurb and the battery wouldn’t charge

Very disappointed with this purchase. I paid for an upgraded premier refurbished iPad Air and when it arrived loosely packed in a basic amazon box with a sub-par charging cable (already disappointing), I plugged it in to quickly discover it wouldn’t hold a charge. (The battery indicator remained red after two hours of being plugged in.) This issue remained despite using another charging cable. Needless to say, I had to return the item which required driving it to Whole Foods and waiting weeks for my credit card to be refunded (which still hasn’t officially happened). I opted to pay the extra $ and buy a new one during Black Friday. Buyer beware.
