I’m using this COMSOON Bluetooth adapter to bring wireless music and hands-free calls to my older car, and it works really well for the price. Setup was easy — I just connected it via the 3.5mm AUX jack and powered it through USB. It pairs quickly with my phone and streams audio clearly. One small note: when both the AUX and USB are plugged in, there’s a little feedback at times. It’s not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of depending on your car’s setup. This little thing is the bomb! I was using a very old iPhone 6 to listen to audiobooks while driving because it still had an aux port. That phone finally died a few days ago (the battery no longer holds any charge). I had previously pitched a lightning/aux adapter and tried using it with my newer iPhone. The aux cable and lightning cable connections were next to each other in the adapter, and the lightning cable interfered with the sound quality of the aux cable when both were connected. I couldn’t charge my phone while listening to books while driving. The sound quality of the aux connection even without the lightning cable being connected was poor, it was essentially worthless. That’s why I still used the old phone since connecting both cables directly to the phone worked fine. I went back to Amazon to see if another adapter might get better reviews and actually work. I saw a review that mentioned the existence of a Bluetooth gadget that would allow the phone to work with the aux outlet so the phone could simultaneously be charged with a lightning cable. That’s how I found this amazing product. It works as advertised! The sound quality is great! It connects automatically to my phone each time I turn it on. It’s small enough to connect directly to my aux outlet in my Transit Connect van and leaves room in the storage area of the front compartment. I haven’t had it long enough to know how long the charge lasts, but I can charge it in the car while in use, so it doesn’t matter. I’m super happy to have solved my problem so easily!

I've had this for 10 months. I plugged it into the Aux-in port in my car and it does a fine job of streaming audio from my phone. It's even good enough to carry on a phone call while driving and I've also connected it to my work phone & use it for conference calls when I'm driving, with no complaints about noise or audio quality from other participants. I cannot comment on battery life, as I plugged the USB cable into the adapter and into the 2nd port of my car charger and I just leave it plugged in. It's charging every time the engine is running. It does a pretty good job of staying connected via Bluetooth. Sometimes, it does too good a job - it'll remain connected to the phones when I walk into the house and when I go to answer a call, the phone is piping the audio to the adapter in the car. I've gotten in the habit of turning off the adapter as I park. For the first 7 months or so, it worked really well. Over the last couple of months, the audio announcements ("power on", "power off", "device connected") are starting to get truncated - I don't get the full announcement, both the beginning and ending of the announcement are getting clipped. Additionally, it will sometimes turn itself on - there are times when I'm going for a short drive and don't bother with turning it on, but I'll suddenly get (some of) the "power on" and "device connected" messages out of the blue. For the $18 I paid for it in Sept '24, I guess it's a reasonable value. The price has dropped a buck or so since. I do have the feeling I'll have to purchase a replacement sooner rather than later. While this works well, I'll probably look at a different brand in the hopes of finding something that will last longer.

Works great, the volume is lower than you'd expect so you may have to turn your phone up and the car volume. Charges fast and was easily paired with my phone. Definitely worth the money, and very compatible with my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Just make sure you hit pause when you get out of the car and turn it off so you don't drain the battery unnecessarily.
