I contacted Amazon who told me that since the laptop was under waranty, the seller should honor that agreement. I told the seller and they refused to help me.     • THE F KES ARE SO SMALL, they are on the top and i had to read to find them,
the f keys are on the top, labeled very small, i dint realise this is a s mode computer, which i didnot want , i dont remember seing anything about it, but im stuck with it now

    • Don't waste your money
My use of a computer is limited to email, searching ,fb and playing solitaire. This laptop was for use while I was on vacation. Within 6 weeks it had a breakdown and I had to take it to a repairman. A few weeks after that and it conked out again but had a simple fix. It loads very slowly and sometimes doesn't. We have high speed internet here so the problem must be this laptop.     • at exactly one year warranty my pc's screen is not running properly
It is impossible to write or read the screen. this happened before and I was able to fix it but ir happened again. in one word is not worth it for the money.
