Everything works great. The only negative thing I can think of is, the screen has a fairly narrow viewing range. If you're not centered, the dark hues are distorted.

Bought this computer for my daughter to complete her college applications after her old one went out. Straight out of the box, this battery was dead. Battery read 0% the whole time. Kept it charging over night, still 0%. While it was plugged in, we couldn't even try and use it because updates went non-stop and it kept restarting. After two days, we had enough. Battery never charged and updates never finished. Absolute waste of time.

Pretty poor quality IMHO. Ever for a $500 laptop. Very flexible case. The display is VERY poor. Colors are washed out and and blacks blend together. The speakers are about as tinny as I've ever heard. An iPhone has better quality sound. Not great if you will be watching a lot of video.

Had this notebook for approximately 11. Days. After encountering Charger issues, I realized that the charger supplied was not the original one that should have been included with this computer. I was not able to maintain the battery charged due to the cable not staying connected to the notebook. Additionally, the model was equipped with a i-3 11th Gen. It looks like this product was returned and by mistake was reshipped to me as a new notebook.. Other than that, the computer was working just fine. Still I didn't want to risk any prolonged issues. I ended up returning it for an exact replacement.

I am using it as UBUNTU laptop (LTS stable version) And have problems even with Firefox. Firefox crashes on this machine. When did you last time experienced Firefox crashes ? Do not buy it. I made a huge mistake.
