Still love my MacBook Pro M1 to date. A fast computer for casual browsing, work, and editing videos. Compact and lightweight to carry around, and it never gave me any issues.

UPDATED INFO AT BOTTOM Laptop charge kept going in and out so I notified the company for an exchange. I sent it back and am now waiting on the other CP to return back to me. My two complaints were I had to pay shipping and handling which costed around $45 and they won’t ship my replacement until they inspect the one I sent in. I reached out to them to see if they would send it once they receive the tracking info that it’s on the way. If they are concerned if I damaged it, all they had to do was ship the defected one back so I could return the new one they sent to me. And if they felt that I wouldn’t return the replacement back then they could have billed me for both. So because of that experience I could only give a three star rating. Once I get my replacement and it works better I will give it four stars. Five stars are possible but they would have to send one with much better specs or dimensions. I’ll update when I receive it. ————- UPDATE: I was waiting on an exchange but the company “Tech Exchange” instead refunded my money without any explanation. I had to message them asking why didn’t they send an exchange. They simply said they were sold out. They should have reached out to me first instead me having to wait then eventually reach out to them. This was very unprofessional. I will not buy from them again because of my experience.

Even tho the MacBook came with 100% battery life. I must say for an Excellent Quality the condition of the item is up to standard. there are a lot of visible scratches and digs around the body, and the under panel. As well as a lot of dirt between the keyboards and the shiny keys which indicates heavy use. The MacBook could at least been cleaned and polished before sending to the buyer. There was also some dust on the screen and it was not shipped in a certified box. Only bubbled wrapped then placed inside of a Fedex bos. However the charger was brand new. The display quality is great. The Speed of the MacBook is also good. Just the cosmetic wear and tear is ridiculous.

I needed a new laptop because I'm back in school but traveling soon. I needed something that could last 10 hours of operation, so I went with the M1 Macbook Pro. I initially hesitated because I couldn't determine if the battery would be in the healthiest condition. The charge cycles are set at 16, which makes me very happy. The package came on time, in a generic brown box, sitting inside an air cushion case, and went with a suspicious-looking generic 100-watt charger. I'm still giving this five stars because I have a history of being refurbished/used, and it's commonplace never to get the original device, but you'll get the device you paid for. It is in mint condition, with no noticeable damage outside of a few light scratches on the lid, so you can only see if the light hits it right. I'll buy from JamJam again in the future.
