I only been using it for 1-2 weeks, so far so good for now. But I'll know more when I use more. If everything OK, then this is an excellent deal in light of recent announcement by Apple that they will raise price on future Apple computer offers due to rising cose of memory etc ...

UPDATED INFO AT BOTTOM Laptop charge kept going in and out so I notified the company for an exchange. I sent it back and am now waiting on the other CP to return back to me. My two complaints were I had to pay shipping and handling which costed around $45 and they won’t ship my replacement until they inspect the one I sent in. I reached out to them to see if they would send it once they receive the tracking info that it’s on the way. If they are concerned if I damaged it, all they had to do was ship the defected one back so I could return the new one they sent to me. And if they felt that I wouldn’t return the replacement back then they could have billed me for both. So because of that experience I could only give a three star rating. Once I get my replacement and it works better I will give it four stars. Five stars are possible but they would have to send one with much better specs or dimensions. I’ll update when I receive it. ————- UPDATE: I was waiting on an exchange but the company “Tech Exchange” instead refunded my money without any explanation. I had to message them asking why didn’t they send an exchange. They simply said they were sold out. They should have reached out to me first instead me having to wait then eventually reach out to them. This was very unprofessional. I will not buy from them again because of my experience.

Even tho the MacBook came with 100% battery life. I must say for an Excellent Quality the condition of the item is up to standard. there are a lot of visible scratches and digs around the body, and the under panel. As well as a lot of dirt between the keyboards and the shiny keys which indicates heavy use. The MacBook could at least been cleaned and polished before sending to the buyer. There was also some dust on the screen and it was not shipped in a certified box. Only bubbled wrapped then placed inside of a Fedex bos. However the charger was brand new. The display quality is great. The Speed of the MacBook is also good. Just the cosmetic wear and tear is ridiculous.

Bought this 2021 MBP 14 M1 Pro looking for a better deal than the M2 MBP 14's currently on the market and available on Apple's own refurbished store. I found this deal on Amazon and have determined through reading the recent reviews that it appears the seller Woot has a good amount of Apple Certified Refurbished stock that they must have purchased in some kind of lot deal from Apple. I decided to roll the dice and purchase a 2021 MacBook Pro 14 M1 Pro with 16GB RAM and a 1TB SSD for $1399.99... And I am thrilled with the result! I signed for the package that was delivered today and, sure enough, found a shrink-wrapped and perfectly packed Apple Certified Refurbished MacBook Pro inside! Included was a OEM charger that was the appropriate 97 watts to accommodate this higher power 10 core chip over the base 8-core model that normally comes with a 67-watt charger. The laptop itself is gorgeous and only had 6 charge cycles on it at 100% capacity out of the box! Honestly, I can not find a flaw anywhere on the device at all. What I got here was basically a brand new to me M1 MBP 14 with a savings of over $800 from when this model with this SSD capacity would have been new! I am one happy guy. The device's battery was completely discharged when it arrived, so I did follow a charging calibration cycle just to be safe: charge the device to 100% and then continue to leave hooked up to power for 2 hours, unplug and complete drain power to shut down, and then plug back in and charge back to 100%. This is probably totally unnecessary and overkill, likely even done at the factory! But I just wanted to be safe considering that this is the procedure with replacement batteries such as what you will get with iFixit. Good luck on your roll of the dice, I feel like Woot is the one to buy from right now given all the success reported in the reviews. Also, if you are wondering, this seems like the optimal time to buy these since we are already well into the M2 chip cycle with many Apple Macs containing it and these old stock Apple-certified refurbished M1 devices seem to be piled up in the re-sellers inventory right now!

i ended up ordering 2 of the same condition from this listing but from different sellers. the second one was about $15 less and was significantly better. it may be just one listing, but the sellers are nothing alike. The first: [1 star experience] Arrived early in "ok" used condition. It had a small dent by the screen where the lid meets the palm rest, worn keycaps, dust and debris under the keys, and scratches on the apple logo... I purchased a Refurbished/Renewed "Excellent". This could be "good" or "very good", but never excellent. The most glaring issue with the first though, was the battery. it had over 500 cycles (90% capacity)and apple only rates them for 1000 before replacement is likely to become necessary. (it also had an unofficial cable and charger, but the charger was 140W which, while cool, isnt any better than the 97W unless you have the 16 inch but it is still bulkier) I decided to order a second one but also be much more picky with the seller ratings this time and hope to get a better example so i can return this one. The second: [Perfect 5 stars] Arrived on time, and.... WOW! First and foremost, the battery had 4 cycles on it and full100% capacity! It also came in an official apple certified refurbished box with new official magsafe cable, 97W fast charger, and intact plastic wrap. I didnt check if apple care could be activated bc idk how and i got insurance through amazon. Also, i obviously didnt include photos of the second one. If you want to know what it looked like, go on apples website or to a store, it's simply *flawless*. I already started my return on the first. As long as i dont have any issues returning it, i won't be sharing who the first seller was. I'll update this with any issues that pop up on the second one if they do, but as of now, im extremely happy with my purchase and leaving 5 stars to reflect that.
