I bought this to start my small business so it was a big purchase for me. When I got the package it was empty! Only had the charging cable. The outer Amazon package was sealed when I got it so the tablet was taken before it was packaged. I got a replacement after contacting customer support. Not even 4 days later the replacement tablet stopped working. Nothing I did turned it on or could get it to work. I have to return it but I can’t even clear the tablet or back up the work I had been doing. Very frustrated with this. Makes me question the renewed program entirely. I ordered this "premium" iPad for my son's birthday and the iPad is fine, but it came with a defective charger, and there is no clear way to contact anyone to get a replacement charger. Very frustrating after going for the "premium" model which receives better reviews than the current model.

Bought this 3 weeks ago and ive noticed some inconsistencies 1st it still hasnt even shipped 2nd its low price (refurb ipad pros go for 700+) 3rd it has 0 reviews I will update this review if/when I get it
