The media could not be loaded. The iPad mini arrived well packaged and in better condition than expected! The screen has very minor scratches that are barely visible, and the sides and back are free of scratches and dents. A charger was included and works without any issues. A screen protector was already applied and free of any bubbles. I purchased this in “acceptable condition” and am very satisfied with the quality. Works perfectly, was very easy to set up. There is one ding on the side, and some scratches on the screen which I only saw when I took the screen protector off to replace it with a matte protector. All of this was to be expected since I bought refurbished. Well worth the money, saved me about 200 to buy refurbished. This is not a review of the Ipad mini 6 itself. I actually love the device. This is a review of the seller/situation I bought it from. I originally ordered this because I could get a "renewed" ipad mini 6 a day earlier on Amazon than I could get the refurbished one on the Apple store. However, it has three major issues, one of them an absolute deal killer. 1. Small thing but super annoying--it came with a SUPER STICKY sticker on the back and it took A WHOLE HOUR to remove the residue without damaging the ipad. I even used high powered alcohol to dissolve the sticker. BAD CHOICE on the part of the seller. 2. The charger is a cheap, after market charger. I know it's cool and all that this apple product uses USB-C for charging, which should mean that any charger works, right? Well if you've had apple products long enough you probably know that the after market chargers are cheap junk and not worth buying. It's better to suck it up and get the real deal. 3. THE CHARGING PORT STOPPED WORKING IN 20 MINUTES. I tried other USB-C chargers and outlets to make sure. This is an absolute deal killer. I cannot charge this ipad. Sadly, it is getting returned. Do yourself a favor. Don't buy the "renewed" Amazon version, it is not worth it. Spring for a genuine Apple refurbished product (for a few $ more) even if you have to wait longer for it to arrive. Save yourself the hassle and trouble, even if you think you are saving time and $ to start out with. ... show more

I am super happy with this iPad. I got the "Excellent" Renewed model, and I have no regrets. It arrived in pretty much brand new, pristine condition. I have really enjoyed using this. The battery life could be a little better, but so far I am so glad I got this. Looking forward to using it during travel. Was scared after I saw I ordered this from this amazon user and not Amazon refurbished or Apple. But decided to just let it be delivered. Came in bubble wrapped sleeve, paper cushion and a box. Wish it had more cushion-but no damage. New screen, new shell, no scratches. Looks brand new. Touch ID and cameras work. Came with a lightning cable instead of USB C, sent message so we will see if they can send me a new one. Unknown battery health but trying to see if I can figure it out. So far, good. Saved a few bucks, might put the apple insurance on it just in case. ... show more

I use an iPad mini to serve a single purpose- playing the BBC Sounds app to stream BBC Radio 4 into my home audio distribution system that pipes audio into several rooms. The iPad mini 4 that I was using had stopped receiving iOS updates some time ago and finally, last week, the BBC Sounds app refused to work anymore on the old iOS version. I got years of use out of it, so I knew the end was coming. I thought this was the perfect use-case for a one generation behind, refurbished iPad to act as a replacement. I took a chance on this listing and was not disappointed. Yes, the packaging was a bit slap-dash and I suppose it could have arrived damaged because of that, but it didn't. Yes, the charger included is cheap and I wouldn't trust it being connected 24/7 in my house, so I tossed into a box of similar ones that will go to the e-waste recycling eventually. However, I wasn't really expecting any charger to be included. I suppose it comes in handy when an iPad arrives somewhere without one already on-hand, so the seller feels obligated to include some sort of charger. All I wanted was a working, slightly behind the current release iPad mini and I am completely satisfied with the one I received. With an Amazon listing, I knew if I had any trouble, I could return it and try again. You have to be cautious with used iOS devices because they are worthless if the previous owner did not release it from their iCloud account. I've stopped buying them from auction sites for that reason. If you need an iPad mini but don't want to pay Apple full price for a new one, this is an excellent option that I would certainly recommend! ... show more
