I'm not an enormously tech-savvy person, and I don't need bleeding-edge tech. What I did need was a new desktop computer, the old one, another iMac, was thirteen years old and had seen better days. While adequate, it had issues. I didn't have 1500 for a brand-new machine, nor did I want to spend that much even if I had it. However, you pay for quality. This is a fact. Macs are quality machines. I have had very few issues with mine over the past 25 years, so I was NOT in the market for a PC. What to do? Well, I recently purchased a great tool through the Amazon Renewed program, and it was awesome! So, I thought to try a renewed M1 iMac. The M1 machines are more than powerful enough for me, and the software will be supported for quite a while. I found a silver 2021 iMac for a very reasonable price point, almost half the price of a new one, and I ordered it. Would my gamble pay off? It did. When the machine came in, it came with a power cord, which it should have. Included was an off-make, adequate wireless keyboard, and mouse, but I didn't use them because I had my old and perfectly serviceable Apple units. There were no instructions, but you don't need them, anyway. If you can find the power button, the computer walks you through the process. The iMac was loaded with Sonoma 14.5, see picture, and it was like new. No blemishes, and no glitches. Setting it up was easy as pie. The only issue I had was getting my Apple keyboard and mouse to pair—this could have been due to their age. They are at least ten years old but still work. Something tells me that if I had used the provided set, there would have been no problems. Well, when my original Apple stuff dies, I'll unbox the aftermarket stuff and use them. For now, my old stuff works. This is a great machine, and Amazon Renewed once again provided value for dollars spent. This iMac acts and looks like a brand-new unit, and my pocketbook isn't crying. You get all the new-gen features without the new-gen price. What's not to love? If you must have cutting edge, go ahead. Buy a new unit. I don't need cutting-edge. I need something that will do ten years of service. This has that potential. Recommend. ... show more

I received the item and love it so far! It’s a great computer with a really nice color. It came with a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, which is a nice bonus. Everything is working well, and there were no signs of damage. The packaging was secure, and the shipping was fast.

Absolutely amazing. It came 2 day early actually. Easy setup, everything works, it’s like I got a brand new iMac for 600$ less!! It seems 100% new. Great graphics, amazing sound, screen size is perfect, everything is great quality. This is a great buy. Highly HIGHLY recommend!!

    • Mixed feelings but an overall good purchase.
Took around a week to arrive. Was packed extremely well so props to the seller for that. Once I opened it up I was pretty disappointed to find it DID NOT include the Apple Keyboard or Magic Mouse that came with the iMac originally. Those are pretty expensive to replace. Instead I got two janky USB-C to USB-A adapters, a cheap keyboard that kept giving us errors once the computer was booted up, and a flimsy wireless mouse that didnt even work. I was tempted to return it but managed to source a keyboard and mouse that work consistently. The computer itself was flawless so I have no complaints there. The other day I was messing around in Settings and realized instead of them sending us an 8GB 1TB model, we got a 16GB 1TB model, which was helped redeem the overall purchases. Just be warned that you should NOT expect the original apple accessories so if you want those factor that into the cost of your purchase. ... show more

Obsessed! The iMac arrived on time, just as described, and in excellent condition. Easy to set up and works wonderfully. I’ve been using it for a few weeks for business/multitasking and have had zero issues. Comes with mouse and keyboard. Ports in the back of the monitor are USB-C. What’s up, you guys. I’m a sophomore student, I’d say this refurbished IMac M1, is a beast. Very very versatile, a high speed demon, much so compared to its earlier competitors, I have on the left. A 2013, IMac, I5, which still runs great today!! I love Apple products , I’m well versed. In a lot of areas, but.. The whole ecosystem.. Apple Watch, iPad, pencil, iMac, MacBook, iPhone, AirPods, in my ears now.. I’m an Apple fanboy. The mice, they produce, are not.. very adequate.. It’s a perfect machine for running any basic Roblox game!! And school, too, as well. For anyone wondering, but yes, I’d recommend this, it came with the original cord, so a plus! But not the original keyboard, but , that’s okay!!! I’m a happy simple guy... who purchased this on a whim, last summer , in 25’. Still holding up strong!!
