Wow! For a second-hand iPad Pro, this is an incredible find. It truly looks and feels like a brand-new device. Knock on wood! :) I am extremely happy with this seller and the quality they delivered. Because I wanted to be 100% sure about the battery, I did a deep dive into the system logs. My results were excellent for a used device: Maximum Capacity: 90% Cycle Count: 233 (Very low for a used iPad!) At 90% health, the iPad still performs at Peak Performance Capability. I’m not seeing any "throttling" or unexpected shutdowns. It shows a very consistent wear pattern, and I expect this to last me for years. HOW TO CHECK BATTERY HEALTH ON OLDER iPADS: If your iPad doesn't show "Battery Health" in Settings, it looks like gibberish at first, but here is how to find your real numbers using a PC: On iPad: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements. Tap Analytics Data (Note: "Share iPad Analytics" must have been ON for at least 24 hours). Find the latest file starting with Analytics-2026-[Current Month]-[Date] and tap it. Tap the Share button (the square with the arrow) in the top right and select Notes to save it. On your Windows PC: Log into iCloud.com and open your Notes. Find the Analytics note you just saved, double-click it to download it, and open it with Notepad. Press Ctrl + F on your keyboard to open the search bar. Search for "MaximumCapacityPercent": The number next to it is your health (Mine was 90). Search for "CycleCount": This tells you how many full charges the iPad has had (Mine was 233). Battery Health Guide for reference: 95% - 100%: Pristine (Like new) 85% - 94%: Good (Where mine is—very usable!) 80% - 84%: Fair (Starting to show some age) Below 80%: Poor (Apple recommends a replacement) Highly recommend this seller if you want a quality iPad! ... show more

Got exactly what I ordered. Not a single scratch or blemish. No weird smells, screen works and as beautiful as you’d expect. Speakers sound terrific, no damage there. No sticky buttons or a loose charger port. Battery life is pretty mid so far but it’s most likely due to the OS indexing since I’m installing basically everything from scratch. When I received the package it was in a thin cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap. Just with the charger and a little paper with instructions along with it. The only bad thing I have to say is that the charger is a little suspect. It’s cheap feeling and looks cheap. It didn’t work at all even from multiple outlets. Probably a good thing, I wouldn’t trust such a cheap charger to not burn down my home anyway. If you don’t have any type C chargers somehow go order one along with this iPad. ... show more

When we got this iPad it was great but the charger needed fixing and we sent it back to get fixed. It is going on almost four months and haven't been told once if they got it or if they fixed it. They have the WORST customer service. So if you buy something from them just make sure you don't need any help from them because they will send the same automated message they have on file and you never get anywhere. To say I am impressed is an understatement! When ordering this, I was ready to take a gamble with quality in order to save a couple hundred bucks. When it came in the mail I was completely shocked, as this thing looks and operates like a brand new iPad! No dents or visible scratches that I am able to detect, and runs so smooth. It came dead, but charged up in no time. This thing is also a monster in size! I finally caved and upgraded from a iPad Air 2, and I've never looked back. The FaceID is so refreshing to have and fast to use, and the chip is better than any iPad I've tried before. I can run multiple applications at once and not have to worry about it crashing or overheating. They shipped it out with 88% battery capacity which is more than enough for me to use on a daily basis. It is also so thin and light! When looking at the listing pictures I was a little worried about it being too heavy or bulky to bring around with me, but my worries were quickly dispelled. It is very thin (as seen in the pictures) and portable. The speakers are also great, having a large range between quiet and loud. I could not rave enough about this iPad, and will continue to update my review as I further use it. *READ BEFORE PURCHASING!!* Look at seller reviews!! If you're on a computer, it is under the price and shipping details, not sure about mobile devices, though. I almost placed an order with a company that had 50% positive reviews in the past 12 months!! Not what I wanted. Spending as much money as I did, I wanted to have the piece of mind that other people were satisfied with the store that is fulfilling my order, so I went through the different stores and sellers and got to choose one with a whopping 95% positive reviews in the past 12 months. Still a great deal. However, I paid for excellent and I wouldn’t classify this as excellent. I’d classify it as very good. There is a dent in the corner and there is discoloration around the apple symbol. I’m letting it go since it’ll be in a case but I’d probably save the $ and not upgrade to “excellent” quality if I buy used again.
