Ordered "Excellent" refurbished iPad. Specifically chose it over a lower rating because I didn't want a banged up iPad. Received a banged up iPad. Set it up to see if maybe I was just being too picky and the battery life is horrible. Won't last a day. The product is not was is advertised.

The battery health is 85%, so the refurbished promise of above 80% was kept, however the product listing claims that any refurbished quality above “Acceptable” should have “no scratches”. Considering the higher qualities cost more, it’s disappointing to receive a lower quality product than you expected. The scratches aren’t massive, however when the screen is off I find them obvious, as well as being visible when the screen is turned on. Other than the screen damage, the ipad works fine. I would return it but I’m in the middle of the academic quarter and that would essentially leave me going up the creek without a paddle. ... show more

Very cute and beautiful color but theres down sides, it randomly turns off while im watching tik tok or playing a game and it has this random white spot on the back thay i can not take off and i hate it so much. Also if u buy a ipad u cannot transfer all your info to your ipad so i had to manually put everything in. The screen is kinda messed up and the battery kind of dies fast ... show more
