I was skeptical about making this purchase. I’m glad I went ahead and bought it. It was packaged like a brand new iPad, and looks pretty new, it also works well enough. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 star is because it takes a really long time to charge, I even switched to my fast charger, but it’s charging very slow. First time I have bought a “Amazon renewed” tech product and I have tried twice with this iPad. The first time it arrived and the touch screen intermittently working right out of the box. I could not really count on typing a single word without it skipping a letter, or freezing. I returned it and they handled the return efficiently, got one back fast. Great, I thought I was all set, it was working. But about 2 weeks later the same thing happened, I’ll try to open an app, the screen freezes and 15 set cds after that the wrong app might open, I can’t type. There is just something wrong with this batch of IPad Air 3s. This is my fifth iPad and I have never had a hint of this problem even though one iPad I have has had a cracked screen for almost 4 years. Also I tried to take it to be fixed and signed up at the link for a Best Buy. I was doubtful but it was on the Apple site linked here and I was hoping it was a fixable software issue they must have seen a lot. It’s far away as everything is here and when I got there they said they don’t work on iPads. Didn’t leave a voicemail or text to tell me that in advance, wasting hours. I guess I now have to return this one too, this time for a refund and am out the price of a case and screen protector. I would avoid buying this batch. ... show more

I love my iPad Air 3. It’s so much faster than my previous tablet. I loved my Android tablet, but this iPad Air 3 is so much better. There is no waiting between pages on the internet. I am so happy that I bought this one. I would highly recommend it.
