Would have been a 5. A bolt into the frame the threads were off slightly. The front fender is crooked and I can’t straighten it, just a little off. Overall a nice bike. Worth it.

Bike arrived on schedule - by FedEx. It was well packaged. And, as is normal with most bikes, was 80% assembled - frame, front fork, front wheel & seat/post. Necessary tools were supplied. Instructions were adequate. Headlight and tail light work great! This bike is for my wife and she loves it. I have a $1,500 Polarna and this bike easily rivals it. Configuring the settings for the display and the battery percentages for the individual PAS settings was easy enough. In 5th gear, this bike leaves mine in the dust! We have not done any extensive rides, so I cannot attest to the range of the battery. But, based on the bike's overall level of quality, I'm sure it will be more than adequate. And did you notice the FREE shipping. (Mine was +$200) VERY pleased with this purchase.

Received the bike earlier than expected, which was nice. The packing was excellent. I felt like a kid on Christmas morning unwrapping a present. Putting it together was simple and it even came with the tools needed. The directions it came with were spot on. All I was able to do was get it together and take it for a quick spin and it is quick! Seems good and solid with no rattling just fast, quiet and smooth. Oh and the battery came fully charged

I love this electric bike. It's very sturdy. I have other bikes that were almost as good but the front tires were wobbly or the handle bars were not secured right. None of this is person default. I am a housekeeping Manager at a hotel and I'm surrounded by men/ maintenance guys who help me check my bike the first weeks of having my bikes and they tried to fix these problems and said it was the manufacturers defaults. So when I tried to return them I got the run around. I was leary of buying another bike but thought don't give up I'll find the right one and behold I have. As a matter of a fact my home was recently flooded due to hurricane Helene. I was devastating. Everything destroyed. My electric bikes were outside locked onto my huge grill and was almost swept away. My fiance electric bike was with mine too. We managed to keep the batteries dry. We were able to dig our bikes out of the filth that wrapped around d them from the storm surge. My fiance bike did not start. My bike did. I had my granddaughter's bike seat on the bike and we were able to ride this bike to safety 😀 Granted 4 days later it did break down. I bought a new one , this exact same bike that is how much I like this electric bike. I will work on the old one once my nerves calms down and I'm not too busy trying to rebuild my life and home. My brother thinks it's something simple, since it did work and i5 did survive the flood. Anyways I'm telling you this because the other electric bike didn't start at all and i think That is a good sign of how well built this bike is. I included pictures to show that the storm surge was 4 ft. High.

First off, it arrived on a Sunday when it was estimated to arrive between the following Tuesday and Friday. That was fast! The assembly was relatively easy, but the instructions say to attach the wheel and then the fender. It needs to be the other way around. It's nice they provide all tools you need, plus more; and they threw in the additional seat pad. I'm glad they did, because at 5'9", I needed it. I was able to do a few test laps, and I was able to achieve just over 28mph on flat asphalt. The only thing I find odd is that the brake light is tilted upwards. No big deal, just strange. I really like the kickstand - which I think I read used to be a problem. It looks like they fixed it. Note that I ordered the green one, which I think looks fantastic. Will edit this post as I put more miles on it.

Thank you for reaching out regarding my return request. I am disappointed that the bike does not meet my needs, and I hope we can work together to resolve this through a return and refund. Handlebars and Seat Comfort: The handlebars are positioned too low and close to the seat, making it uncomfortable and unsafe for me to ride, especially on longer journeys, which is why I purchased the bike. Additionally, the seat is very hard and uncomfortable, which adds to my discomfort even on shorter rides. Battery and Charging Concerns: There seems to be an issue with the battery or the display. When the display shows a full charge, the charger still indicates that the battery needs additional charging. This discrepancy makes it difficult for me to trust the display, especially when I need to rely on accurate battery information to plan my rides.
