I purchased in July 2023 the (VNUVCOE) Keteles K800, a 2000W dual battery, dual motor fat tire ebike. This is a very good bike. At 2000 Watts with dual motors it's currently one of the most powerful fat tire ebikes on the market, and at under $1500 (with discount) it's a really good bargain. On top of that, VNUVCOE will stand behind their product. I noticed in late November 2023, that my battery was no longer charging, On December 3rd I contacted Keteles US directly, they redirected me to VNUVCOE, I then contacted VNUVCOE on December 4th, explained the problem, they agreed the problem was with the battery and reissued me a new battery, I just received the battery today December 7th, installed it on the bike and test rode the bike, I then hooked up the charger to the battery and battery is charging as it should. Great Bike, Great Price Price, Great Service, I would recommend/purchase again from VNUVCOE!

Battery quit working all together and I have tried everything, hit a bump and the display screen shut off and hasn't worked since, I've been manually peddling it and I would almost rather walk if it were not flat ground. I hope this helps anyone else looking to buy this to reconsider seeing as there is no return policy

I bought this bike to make deliveries for door dash as a side gig. As you can see I customized it to look like an old-fashioned tricked-out stake truck. It is a lot of fun! Very fast and reliable. I get compliments everywhere I go. I would recommend getting this bike you won't be disappointed.
