Very nice ebike! Arrived quickly and no damage. The bike was easy to assemble and of great quality. I would buy this bike again (even at the higher price, was $1300 when I purchased and now $1600), worth it. I also love that it has replacement parts available. We haven't had to use that option yet, thank goodness but relieved that I can get part if needed instead of buying a completely new bike.

This bike was super easy to assemble. It came with all the necessary parts and tools (I did use some of my own tools because it was easier). I purchased this bike for my son, who is in college, and he said instead of driving 30 minutes to school in traffic, with this bike (which goes 30 MPH) he can get to school in less than 5 minutes!!! Gotta love technology, this bike, and bike lanes!! In full disclosure, a few weeks after we bought the bike, the LCD stopped working and the motor would not work. We reached out to the company through the Amazon message service. They asked a few questions to troubleshoot the problem and promptly sent us the replacement part. Once received, I quickly assembled it and the bike is fully functional again. This company was amazing to work with!!! Heck, I am thinking about buying another one just for me to roll around town!! LOL!!

First electric bike I have ever had and I love it so much. I do not really care for the exercise that comes from a normal bike I just love being able to go outside and ride around. This bike lets me do that, it is comfortable and after riding for almost two hours my butt does not hurt. The bike is really fast, I have hit 40.8 mph and have gone 24 miles on a single charge. You could get far greater range, but I ride rough so use a lot of power. Customer service has been great, I had a flat tire, and broke the break handle, and they shipped out the needed parts right away. One complaint is that the battery is not secure enough, it would have been nice if there were guard rails alongside it to protect it from falling out, which has happened twice. The bike is very capable off road and I have been able to get up some pretty steep dirt hills. Buy this bike, it is a great value other reviewers stating the seller is slow to respond is simply not true. You need to be patient because of course the parts are coming from China.

Ordered one of nifty little pocket rockets. “It shipped” day before delivery it disappeared. Had tracking # and all. VANISHED the day before delivery. Where did it go??? Vender Seller answered, it’s on the way, we promise….this went on for about another week with a tracking # that could not be found for the second time. I’m sure it’s a great little pocket rocket and would make someone happy, but….buyer beware of a none truthful seller. 0 stars for all the promises, promises. 😩

The bike took some time to arrive but the ebike itself looks quite sleek and is very powerful to match it, so if that is your thing then this is a good option. Although the manual is a bit vague its simple to put together and customer support from the seller is good.

The bike overall is good. I've had to replace a few parts, the throttle is extremely cheap and the rubber handle keeps coming off. The fenders need a little manipulation to bend them to where they don't constantly rub on the tires. Almost every bolt was barely "snug". After riding the bike for a couple hundred miles, I've had to go through a couple times and make sure all the bots are tight. I've purchased a new half throttle from Amazon to try and fix the cheap throttle issue. My biggest problem is that the battery, while being "locked" in place on the bike, after riding for a few miles on my 5 mile commute to work, the batter came off!This was my first ride and I was just barely getting over 30+mph when I hit small pothole or manhole cover. The battery bounced and slid for a couple hundred feet, as I was going down a long hill at the time. I inspected the battery for.....I don't know, flames?! There were none, so I got my keys out and unlocked the battery lock so I could slide the battery back onto my bike. It powered up, but now the case is extremely broken and scraped. I rode to work and back home, about 10 total mile. My bike is at 1/5 bars. I spoke with the company about this, and they were willing to send me a new battery case as the battery is still "working". So now I'm trying to learn to solder wires so I can install the old battery internals into the new case I just got. The15 miles of total range I was getting seemed EXTREMELY low considering it's a 23ah battery. This makes me wonder if the battery was damaged in some way and is just garbage now anyways, so maybe it's a waste of time trying to put it into the case. In the meantime, I've purchased a different 52v 28.8ah battery from Amazon that completely transformed my bike, although I don't know if it's just because it's a "working" battery or not. My battery still says full after 15 miles and has a noticeable power increase. I'm going out on a little bit of a limb and assuming I had a freak accident that allowed my battery to dislodge from the bike and was damaged on my first big ride. However, I've had to put an additional $500+ into the bike to get another battery and install it along with the other minor issues. This is why I give the bike 3 stars. I love my bike now, but I'm a little jaded after what I've been through.
