I just received this electric bike little heavy to carry in by yourself in the box but once unboxed and put together, which was pretty straightforward with the instruction booklet, it was an awesome looking bike. I have charged up the battery and taking it for a cruise at the different levels of speed, some difficulty with the battery but contacted customer service. They were fantastic helped in every way they have fixed the problem, but I am thrilled. This bike is well worth every penny and you will enjoy the smooth ride that it gives you as me being a lot older than a lot of the buyers is me and I have a lot of fun getting around on it. I would recommend this highly to any person.

We received the bike as indicated, but while assembling it I found it was shipped without a front fender and associated mounting components, also discovered the rear brake system was faulty and inoperable. After several phone calls and text conversations the seller sent all items in question. We have put 100+miles on it and it is what we hoped it would be. Awesome! Both wheels have a motor and the power is great. it also handles very well for a large bike. Awesome bike and really enjoy riding it.

This bike is sturdy, which I like, comfortable and POWERFUL! Beautiful construction. The bike even came with an unadvertised compact tool kit which fits everything on the bike which is a big plus from hauling extra tools around, cable lock, and air pump. Thank you!! Also really fast, easy reaches 30mph. I just wish the tires was much rugged. A roofing nail went right through on my second day of riding.🙁 Fully loaded bike and real comfortable to ride.😎 I added a nice bag with bottle holder attached to the bike rack and left and right mirrors for rear view safety. The only flaw I found is the reflectors in the spokes will fly off, so I put a strip of reflective tape around them to hold them on the spokes. Oh and be careful not to touch the throttle if you’re not on the bike and ready to take off or this one will take off without you!! Power!!

Absolutely addictive. Quick, fast, durable, and capable. I've had it 4 months now and have put 230 miles on it, mostly on pine forest trails and pavement. I ride hard for 3-4 hours and haven't burned through a full charge yet. I'm 6'1" 180lbs and it cruises at 33mph with me on it. Under no load it does exactly 35mph. Down hill it seems to be governed at 45mph. Probably can be ungoverned through the control display though. Easily climbs hills without or without pedaling. The headlight is motorcycle bright. It eats up the trails through the forest beautifully and suprisingly handled the deep soft sand beach with relative ease too. The full fenders keep you dry through pretty heavy puddles, surf and streams. I turn the power down from 5 to 3 on the trails. 25mph is pretty fast in the woods. 30-35mph is too fast for the tighter spots and turns. The hydraulic disc brakes are very necessary and strong. Power to spare and easy control on pedal assist or throttle. Comfortable, controlled ride from 5mph-45mph. If I found something to improve for the price, I would have bought that instead, but a smoother throttle response wouldn't be bad. It's good, not great, but no ebike throttles are smooth enough yet. It's 100% waterproof, so blast it with the hose, wipe it down, done. Love that. Best bike available anywhere under $2,000 in my opinion. A dual crown fork would be nice too, but they all seem to be over $2,000 with 2 motors and dual crowns. Very happy with mine overall. Above my expectations. Even than I had hoped. I recommend it to everyone now and won't stop bugging my friend to pony up and get one so we can ride together.

I got this bike thinking it would be OK for me to ride and everything came perfectly packaged but I can not ride it because I am to short I am 5'4 and the bike comes to just above my belly button. Also it cannot be returned which is understandable, but other than that for someone who is on the taller side this would definitely be a perfect fit.

Advertised to do up to 35MPH, Can't get the bike to do over 18MPH. Priced at $16.99 and another site named Aliexpress has the bike for $956.37. Looking at Amazon and also VNUVCOE home page none of these bikes are available. I took a picture if the add on Aliexpress but don't know how to up load it.
