This chicken plucker is easy to put together and work. The only complaint is the stainless steel drop in basket was dented at the top making it hard to use it.

The media could not be loaded. I mean, it works.... And it might be "stainless" but it's definitely 400 series because it's already starting to rust... I definitely had higher hopes for this product.....

Even though I try to put one chicken at a time, it still breaks the legs and bones other part of the chicken body. Instruction says keep the Chicken head intact, but I found out that’s a very bad option. Overall is not that bad if it was little cheaper because it’s made very poorly and quality is garbage also is dented all over machine
