There are positives about this e-bike but there are shortcomings as well. My initial review started out as a 2-star but I am bumping it to a 4-star now since customer-service has finally engaged. The size is great for me and the ability to fold was a big plus. I'm 6', 200#'s and the sitting position and handlebar height work well. Keep in mind this is not a "let's go for an all-day bike ride!" type of platform. But for something you can jump on and run a quick errand or cruise around the neighborhood it works well. As noted in another review it does want to take off fast so don't be thinking you can let your elderly grandma take it for a spin. The "fast" part isn't completely bad tho because the bike does seem to have a lot of power which is a plus. After assembly you will need to research how to properly adjust bike brakes because there are no instructions (video or printed) that tell you how to do that. And I did need to do that because the factory adjustment was no where near enough to stop the bike. I can't stress this enough (thus the caps) PROPERLY ADJUST THE BRAKES PRIOR TO EVEN DOING A TEST RIDE! That brings me to the "User's Manual" that comes with the bike... The one I received in the box was for entirely different bikes. One was sort-of close, but none of the instructions on the functions lined up with the components (ie the function/speed controller) so you are left to figure it out yourself. For instance the bike comes with a light but there are zero instructions on how to turn it on. After fumbling around I finally figured out you have to long-press the up-speed button. Also the video instructions end with "Don't forget to register your bike!" but once again, there is no registration card or any information on how to do that at all. My bike came with a faulty function-switch. All three buttons on it stick to the point that you have to "fiddle" around with them until they pop back up. The power button was the worst and it sometimes took a bit of time to get it to be set just right so the up/down speed buttons will work. This is incredibly frustrating! I added a pic of the User's manual with a small card in front of it. That card is the ONLY place you will find contact info for customer service and it is an email address. You also need to magnify that card with your phone camera to even see the address. Hopefully the vendor/manufacturer will take note of this review and correct those issues. So after emailing that customer-service address I finally did get a response from them about the function-switch. They offered to have me return the bike and get another one but I did not want to take thing apart, box it up and take it to a shipper. Instead I told them if they send me out a new switch I can install it myself, which is what they are now doing. I assume that will fix my issue. I do really like the bike. I will also update this review if any part of the experience gets better or worse.

Received my new e-bike earlier than expected so was pleasantly surprised! Husband had it put together quickly. I purchased this bike because the frame Appeared lower to the ground and weighed less it was about 2 inches lower than the one I had purchased a couple weeks ago and 15 pounds lighter. Both very important to me as I’m only 5 foot tall and have two bad knees. The only issue is the headlight does not work. I have contact d Amazon as the materials that arrived with the bike where not branded at all and I had no way of contacting the dealer. I have put in three service requests and called Amazon (which was very hard to find a phone number for Amazon). I still have no response about service and it has been two weeks. Bike Works great otherwise. Just a lack of SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!

How do I contact customer service? When I looked up info on this bike, I couldn't find any info. The info they have for this ebike was for a tricycle n has nothing to do with this bike. They advertise up to 35mph, I can only get it up to 24mph. I did get it up to 25,only 2 times. I've had this bike for over a month now. Not a bad bike but 1 main reason was to top speed was advertised 35mph.
