Best purchase I have ever made. I researched all ebikes for a month. I wanted something that was more like a moped and looked cooler than most. This one had all that, and headlight, turn signals, rear shock, fat tires, horn, cool display, and more. I've put 100 miles on mine already with 0 issues and 100% fun! I am 6'1" and weigh 225, and in mode 3, this thing goes 35 mph with NO problem at all. I've gone off-road in sand and dirt, hills, bumps, and its performed awesomely!! I find myself going out every day now just to enjoy it. I've gone 25 miles using only power and NO pedals and still have half battery left when I get back! I've added a couple things to bling it up a bit: rear view mirrors on the handlebar (the other components can be moved easily if needed!), a seat back rest (bought on Amazon and bolted right on!), a novelty license plate (which looks awesome!), a phone mount, and storage bag with tool set inside, and a cup holder for 12 ounce cans! For the price I got this bike, compared to the prices of all the others I researched and what features they have, this is by FAR the best option. I'm thrilled with the bike, and have now started to decorate it with vinyl decals. You can easily remove the ones on the battery and have a completely blank, black bike to start with! Do not hesitate!!

Good overall e-bike. Top speed on this e-bike with throttle only is 27.5 mph on flat surfaces with a fully charged battery. Going downhill I have reached 30.6 mph. The ride is comfortable and smooth. This is used mostly as a city commuter and I have about 500 miles on it. So far so good. It has the capability to go on light off-road trails. Not the best but a good fat tire e-bike for the price.

I had high hopes for the RPINT Electric Mountain Bike (1500W Peak Motor, 28MPH, 40ā60 Mile PAS Range), but the experience was frustrating from the moment I opened the box. - Missing and Incorrect Hardware Assembly was immediately stalled because several essential pieces of hardware were missing, while other bolts and components included in the package were the wrong size or type for their intended locations. This isnāt a minor inconvenienceāwithout the correct hardware, safe assembly simply isnāt possible. For a bike at this price point, basic quality control should ensure that all required parts are present and correct. - Poor Assembly Instructions The assembly instructions are inadequate and unclear, especially for anyone who is not an experienced bike mechanic. Diagrams are vague, steps are skipped, and there is little explanation for critical components like brake setup, electrical connections, or torque requirements. Given that this is a powerful 1500W electric bike, unclear instructions are not just annoyingātheyāre a safety concern. -Wasted Time and Additional Costs Because of the missing and incorrect hardware, I had to make multiple trips to a hardware store and spend extra time figuring out what parts were needed. What should have been a straightforward setup turned into an unnecessarily timeāconsuming and costly process. Kickstand failed within a week.

2nd update: Customer service is amazing! The issues I had with just minor defects they corrected immediately. For all those negative reviews, Iām surprised that issues you claim werenāt addressed, it took a 24hr response and they corrected my issues. Make sure you take photos for them once you open the box and send it to them right away and they can help. But I would definitely buy from them again! Update: the ride is pretty smooth but I do hear a noise coming from the back tire gears when riding. Donāt know what it is yet. You have to adjust the breaks to align them before riding unless you want to go through the breaks quickly. Havenāt ridden it yet due to issues setting it up. One of the washers for the front tire came in broken. The instructions were not helpful. The paint job on frame came in scruffed. I will update on the battery and how well (smooth) it runs. The seat cover is cracked. Use your ow tools as well when setting the bike together. You will strip the nuts if you use the tools provided as they are real Bad and you could also hurt your hand using them. Havenāt tested out the light yet but love how big the front light is.

Overall the bike is average at best. Mine arrived with the rear shock broken. It would bottom out anytime I went over a bump and ended up shearing the threads off. I tried resolving the issue with the customer service team and they refused to replace it, telling me the only option was to go to a bike shop and buy a replacement and that they'd only "reimburse me" after I bought it. When I asked for any other options they ended the chat. I don't appreciate being told to put down more money to replace a part that arrived broken. The brakes aren't very good at all, I had to replace them after a couple of weeks because it took me about 5 seconds to come to a complete stop from the max speed. Only after I put about 400 extra dollars into it to replace the brakes, tires and rear shock, did it actually become reliable and consistent. You get what you pay for with bikes like these. By far not the worst deal but definitely not the best. The seat cushion is also incredibly thin towards the back, making it very uncomfortable to ride for more than 20 minutes at a time. The picture I attached is after I replaced the tires, rear shock and brakes.

My son relies on this e-bike to get to school every day, so when it isn't functioning, it becomes a real hassle for our morning routine. While the bike itself has some great power and features, the initial experience and some part quality issues have been a bit let down. The assembly was bit difficult than I anticipated, specifically the handle. I was able to install three of the screws without any issues, but the fourth screw just would not align properly. After a lot of struggle and frustration, I was finally able to get it installed, but you really need a drill machine to get everything to line up right. It was definitely a pain to deal with right out of the box. The bigger issue surfaced after about a month of use. The quality of the tire tube is not great, I noticed the valve starting to separate from the tube itself. Because my son needs this for school, I couldn't wait around, so I had to hire someone to replace it with a new tube to get the bike functional again. The bike definitely looks trendy and performs well when it's running, but the assembly struggles and the tube failure made this a three-star experience for us. It's a practical machine once you get past the hurdles, but be prepared for some extra work.

Overall it's a good bike. I've had it for a ninth and haven't had any issues besides the bike chain and brake pads. If you're going excessive speeds and need to stop abruptly, you'll notices your stop time getting longer. I'd recommend buying additional brake pads for your convenience. The bike chain loosening and tire getting low on air are usual for me, since where i live the sidewalks are hazardous so I have to do maintenance on my bike weekly. Other than that, the battery life lasts me about three days on a full charge (I have a 20 min commute to work). The power is great, you'll zoom off so be careful. Very easy to assemble since the heavier/ difficult parts are already installed for you, just make sure you have a power tool to tighten the bolts, they can loosen easily while riding. It's a strong bike, a little heavy but great. I bought this bike during a sale so for what I paid, yes, I think it's good value for money. Since I don't have a car, this is great for me to get to work or run small errands, and I've saved so much on car share alone this month.
