It worked great at first. However, after 4 months, its stopped cooling. Repairman says you cannot buy parts to fix it. I cannot seem to find customer service to replace or maybe it is past the return date. Almost 900 is not worth only 4 months of service in an appliance. Plus, we lost a lot of food purchased because it wasn't keeping temp.

I bought this item and it was shipped out 6 days after I was sup'd to receive it. It appears it's a company that sublets to another company for shipping. They were impossible to get in touch with. Then they delivered the freezer to someone else who lives 2 streets over from me. They came back to get it and dumped the freezer at the gate beside the road instead of bringing it to the house. I got it inside and hooked up and w/in 2 days it was obvious the rubber seal was leaking/ not secure. It is currently 3 weeks old and already full of ice and water collects around the seal. I called and can't get in touch with anyone. Terrible delivery, terrible customer service, defective product.

This freezer is perfect for our space. Having wheels is a bonus. Made moving it into our space very easy and easy if we need to re arrange. It comes with a very nice glass slider which we actually removed because we need to get in and out very often. But it was a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this freezer. Great storage space inside and keeps all our ice cream products frozen even when completely packed. Very happy with this purchase.

It works perfectly and has so much space that we actually put a couple 4 gallon buckets in to separate and organize our food. It has wheels so it is easy to move around and I am so glad I bought this unit. I can fit a lot of stuff in it. The two door design makes for easy food finding and minimal maintenance. Wish they had it in black.
