We have not used yet. The 10.5 ft. does not include wheels or extra stability bar at bottom, And particularly, the directions are one of the worst translations I have ever ever seen! But I think the ladder will serve our purpose of being light weight to clean gutters on a one story home.

Very well made. Big, solid, wide structure, but not heavy. The pictures don’t do it justice. Super easy to use, small enough to store and carry. I was surprised how easy it is to operate it. Would definitely buy again. Cost more than the other available options, but am very pleased with this ladder and glad I paid the extra amount.

Cost has gone up 20 since I bought mine, but it's still a good ladder. There are no quality issues, and it does what it's supposed to do, get me up there. It's light, and takes up very little room when collapsed. I would prefer it twenty dollars cheaper, but if whatever you are looking at is in the current price range, you can't go wrong with this one.

We bought this because our little giant wasn't quite long enough. I didn't have the storage space for another little giant that was going to take up mire space than the one I had. This ladder was light enough a woman could handle it. It's sturdy and easy to extend and retract. They didn't explanthat the rungs are further between each rung it's a reabig step for each time we went up and down. That's my only complaint is the rungs are about 4 inches further apart my daughter had to finish the climbing my legs wore out. Both of us are very sore today. Also my daughter is only 5'4" so this was a huge step for her. I'm much taller 5'9" but I even had alot of traits the rungs so far apart

I just got this ladder but already I love it. Easy to carry, works smoothly and safely to raise & lower the rungs and easy to get into a small area for attic access. I wish I had bought one of these a long time ago, since I have for decades struggled with hauling cumbersome extension ladders through the house, trying to avoid banging into corners and items enroute to gain attic access. I think the price is more than reasonable for this quality product and the ease of using it. I especially like the way the manufacturers have installed raised stops under the rungs so there is a gap between them when closed. That prevents getting my fingers smashed when lowering the rungs, if I accidentally get them in the way of lowering the rungs. Other telescoping ladders haven't designed theirs with that feature. Everything on this ladder works well. I would buy again.

It’s ok. It’s well built. But the rungs that you step on are pretty thin and when the ladder is at an angle the rungs feel odd under your feet. But it works okay for the purpose I purchased it for. I was disappointed that it did not have the wide base on the 8.5’ ladder. I wrote an email to them to notify it’s missing but they sent me an email that says that size ladder doesn’t come with the base. Even though it was in the Amazon picture and in the instruction booklet picture that came inside the package. Nothing I can do about it I guess but it does lower my review.
