Mixed review. The picker itself is okay. Welds are fine, paint is adequate. Overall, it does the job. However, it took 2 attempts, almost 2 months, and when it arrived, 3 of 6 (rather lightweight) casters were missing. As was the nut and bolt pack. The assembly/operation/safety instructions were also missing. The packaging is totally inadequate. Boxes are okay, but there is no support for the heavy items inside the boxes. A strip of packing paper. That's it. Otherwise, it rattles and bangs around uncontrollably, damaging itself and the packaging until it fails and parts are lost. When the first unit went MIA, no one told me. I had to find out on my own after it didn't arrive. Amazon ordered another one. When it arrived, one box had been retaped, and stuff was missing. To their credit, Amazon gave me $50 refund that should just about cover replacement casters (I have my own hardware). I got it assembled today. and it is a decent picker, but the ordeal of actually getting it here was not worth the result. ... show more

It does not fold up, and the boom will not telescopic in. Because it will not fold up it takes up to much room in my shop. I had to use it so I didn’t try to return it. Way overpriced. Was not worth what I paid for it.

cardboard used to ship cherry picker was too flimsy , hardware was scattered all over , large bolts scraped paint off jk, missing small bolts though holes in cardboard.

I don't normally rate low, but the only reason it doesn't get a 1 star is because it was able to be put together. That being said I had to use my own bolts, had to get my own quick connects for the legs, the chamber was scratched to hell, box was destroyed, and nut stripped put on a wheel (thankfully i had an extra one), and there were no instructions as i had to figure it out by looking at the pictures. Unless they make it right, I would suggest spending the extra 20-40 dollars and getting a better quality. ... show more
