So far, so good. I wanted to upgrade my toaster so I purchased this one. At first, I thought it wasn't working, later to realize that I was pressing too hard on the selections on the panel. Doesn't need much pressure to operate. It's been nice to visually choose your preffered level of toasting, and if it pops up and you want it a bit more toasted, I press the reheat selection with the "waves" and viola, perfect toast. I also love that the panel goes all black (except power button) when not being used. A very functional and nice looking toaster.

Really cool toster that's astetically pleasing. For being so advanced it's actually really user friendly. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to almost half of the heating elements on one side not really working well. I'm returning the one i bought to replace for another and am assuming this is just a one-time issue with the one i received. It just gives me some slight concerns about the longevity of it, since mine came in not working properly. I will update if i have any problems with the new toaster

Picked this up to replace my old basic toaster, and it’s been a solid upgrade. The touchscreen is clear and easy to use, and I like being able to see the countdown so I’m not guessing if the toast is done. The wide slots fit bagels and thicker bread without jamming, and it toasts pretty evenly. I’ve used the memory setting a few times, which is handy, though I wish it toasted a bit faster on darker settings. Looks nice on the counter and cleans up easily with the crumb tray. A bit of a splurge, but it feels like it will last. Happy with it so far.

The is a fantastic toaster. It is so easy to use, it looks great and toasts just perfect. From the moment I received it, it has been a great addition to my kitchen. I really like the electric buttons and the timer for the toasting. Probably the best toaster I’ve ever had. Great value for the money.
