2 Set 4C Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece Kit with 2.5 Reeds, Caps and Ligatures

Features

• Complete 2 Set Package: you will receive 2 black gold 4C alto saxophone mouthpieces, 2 gold double screw metal ligatures, 2 strength 2.5 reeds, and 2 protective caps; Each group forms one complete mouthpiece setup, allowing one player to keep a matching backup or two students to prepare separate practice sets; The paired quantity supports lessons, school instrument rooms, home rehearsals, travel cases, emergency replacement, and routine accessory rotation
• 4C Opening and 2.5 Reed Pairing: the 4C opening provides a familiar alto sax setup, while the included strength 2.5 reed offers a moderate resistance level for developing breath support and embouchure control; This combination suits daily scale work, note production, articulation drills, and band repertoire without requiring the player to source a reed before setup; Reed response can vary with placement, moisture, neck cork condition, embouchure, and individual playing habits
• Plastic Mouthpiece and Metal Ligature: each black mouthpiece has a smooth plastic body that is lightweight for carrying between lessons and simple to rinse after practice; The gold metal ligature uses two adjustable screws to hold the reed against the mouthpiece table, while the matching black cap covers the assembled tip during short term storage; Tighten both screws evenly and avoid excessive pressure to reduce stress on the reed and ligature threads
• Alto Sax Compatibility and Size: each mouthpiece measures about 3.54 inches or 9 cm long and is intended for standard E Flat alto saxophone practice setups; Before ordering, compare the mouthpiece shank and your saxophone neck cork because cork thickness can vary by instrument, brand, age, and prior adjustment; Install with a gentle twisting motion and apply a small amount of cork grease when needed; Do not force the mouthpiece onto a dry, swollen, or oversized cork
• Student Practice Applications: this two set alto sax accessory kit is intended for beginners, students, adult learners, music teachers, school band members, and players who need a replacement or backup mouthpiece; It fits lesson practice, concert band rehearsal, marching band preparation, classroom instruction, home exercises, and travel practice; The complete arrangement also works as a practical birthday, Christmas, back to school, or recital season gift for saxophone learners
