Love the bike once it was put together, but the instructions (especially for the child seat) were very complicated and it took a really long time to assemble everything.

The bike is more than I suspected itβs rated for 400 pounds. My wife and I weigh about 310 between us both and I also pull the wagon behind it on the beach. Itβs great well worth the money.

Beautiful Bike but The assembly instructions. Horrible, horrible, So difficult to get from one page to the Other and make sure everything is correct. And it's not me cause I've built so many things and also I asked a friend to read it and they Had to read the instructions 20 time or more like I did. I ordered an electrical pump for the tires because this one just wasn't doing it .. I haven't had a chance to ride it yet.Waiting for someone to be here with me and hopefully it works like it says it's says in the review . Thank youπ

Update, downgrading rating. Range is less than 25 miles. The big sell for me is range. Discovered range the hard way and had to peddle the heavy bike for some miles. Already have another ebike that has 20 mile range. Mostly everything else is fine. Dealing with if I got a defective battery, but they are pushing towards a small refund instead of honoring warranty. As many have said in other reviews the instructions arenβt good but if youβve built stuff before you can handle it. I got the bike with the rear seat. Had to drill holes to mount rear seat. Also had to drill holes to adjust the battery mounting plate. Who placed the screw holes did a terrible job, and they definitely need to be bigger holes so itβs simple to fit. This isnβt NASA. Took me 3 hours! To fully secure back seat it is easier with rear fender removed. Update: tested range from a full charge. Itβs more like half if you go full speed. Might be better if a person slowly speed up using their speed levels,1-5. Another update: someone reached out to me saying it takes 3-5 times charging to get full range. Thatβs not how lithium works. Just rode around 13 miles and battery is down to 1 green light. Thereβs no way this battery is designed for 80 miles, or I have a bad battery. Theyβre offering a $100 refund. Battery is under warranty. Think theyβre trying to get out of swapping the battery, under warranty , or the range is completely false.

Had a small defective part it was not sellers fault. I contacted them and they quickly got it taken care of. Awesome customer service and very professional. I love my bike and i recommend you get one. It is definitely the best value on Amazon.

Rack was a little bent and had a crack in it. Wouldnβt line up with bracket. Husband is working to fix it now
