The bike is nice and ride nice. The quality material is good BUT the engineering design is very bad. Its not worth the money. You would think a $800 bike would be easy to assemble but its not. The instructions were very bad, the battery no matter how I insert it, it wouldn't slide in, the frame is very tight with no room to slide it in and according to instruction it SHOULD slide in. The back seat screws will not go into place. I had to drill holes to fit the back seats. It's very frustrating. Update: now the basket does not fit. The slot to put in the bolts does not align. This bike is incredible for the price! I love the colors. They are so fun. The only reason I’m giving four stars is due to the fact that the back bike seat is not compatible as far as the screws do not line up for proper attachment there’s no number so I’ve had to resort to emailing the company.

I didn’t even get to ride the bike and the tires had already popped. I didn’t put too much air in it, and when I put too little, it looked flat. Need to message the seller but don’t know how.

I had a cracked screen, seat would not fit properly and had to drill new holes. It was not as easy as other electric bikes to assemble but I got it done. Battery looked like it was used but is working properly. Seller was very responsive, very professional and did agree to send me a new screen and refunded me $100.00 for the issues. The bike is working properly and looks really good we like it. I would buy another one from the seller. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the issues but mostly because I think they should have sent me a new battery. This bike is awesome. Wish I had bought it sooner, my wife and I are both almost 40. I am 170 lbs, 6'3" and she is 120 lbs, 5'4". She rides great on the back. We have done several long 20+ mile trips with half battery left. 19 mph in second gear. That is plenty fast for us.
