This set is great for smaller spaces, it looks great, is comfortable and has a recliner that almost lays flat! Both the couch and and loveseat are easy to assemble, it all just slides into place. We brought it in the RV unassembled and put it together inside, otherwise we probably wouldn’t have made it through the door. Nice materials and color. Good value. Appears to be sturdily built. The reclining foot tends to drop, when our 41 lb. dog tries to jump on my lap , unless the recliner is stretched out. I find this humorous, our dog does not. LOL. Handles the 20 lb dog, without dropping.

Very nice looking furniture for the price..leather is not soft which will make it more durable..added pics for accurate color which I was happy with.. delivered in 1 week with communication beforehand.. sitting in it feels sort of hard at first but really pretty comfortable especially when reclining. My only complaint would be the gaps between the arms and back of seating seem quite large and included pic of that. ... show more

I purchased this couch set (3 piece) for my daughter. The color is what she was looking for at an excellent price. Every thing she saw in local stores was just too expensive. I checked on Amazon and found this couch set. I placed an order and it was delivered by a freight service about a week later. The product was put together without any issues until I “thought” I was missing a part. I contacted the seller and they sent a video revealing to me where to find the item. We just bought a new house and I needed an affordable living room set so I found this set and I am honestly very impressed with it. It was delivered in a timely fashion. The truck company that delivered was super professional. Called me to set up a delivery day and time. It comes pretty much all together and the only thing you have to do is put the backs of each peice on. Each peice is sturdy and has stood up so far to our teenagers, younger children and animals. They are firm to begin with but have started to wear in a little bit making them very comfy. The color was exactly as pictured. This review is going to cover the furniture and the delivery experience. I’m sharing this long review to help you make informed choices.First the furniture I purchased the sofa and loveseat. They look exactly like the picture. They are softening up as I sit in them yet they are firm. Be aware that the cupholders are the size of a traditional soda or beer can. They will not hold modern insulated water bottles and similar. When you open the storage compartment, it does not open fully and depending on your height, it will hit your arm shoulder. Also, the manual pull to recline is stiff and abrupt. Reclining is a bit awkward, but it does work. Finally, the back of the loveseat has some non-smooth areas that I will cover with a sofa table. Overall, I’m less happy with this than I thought I would be. As for the delivery. It was a major problem even though I live in a town directly off of I 95 on the East Coast. I purchased knowing that I was paying $199 for delivery. The delivery window was April 30 to May 8. On April 28. I received a call from the shipping company telling me that the furniture would be coming the next day, April 29 between 8 AM and noon. I was also told that the Driver would call me when he was getting close. I asked friends to come over to help set it up. Unfortunately the truck never called or showed up on the 29th. Out of nowhere, the truck showed up about a week later, even though the order still showed as non shipped yet in my Amazon account. When the driver arrived he told me delivery was curb only. Since when do we pay 199 for delivery and 1200 pound boxes are dropped on the curb? I had to beg the guy to put it on the pallet jack and bring it to my door. A few days later, I received a legal notice that my furniture, which had already been delivered, was sitting in some warehouse, unable to be delivered because I wasn’t home?? And I was responsible for paying storage fees and other charges, including new delivery. And if I didn’t arrange these things, they would return the furniture to the warehouse sell it restore it or something. I called the number on the legal notice to tell them they sent a legal notice to someone who has already taken delivery of the Furniture. They said they couldn’t do anything and I had to call their corporate office. So I called Amazon and explained what happened. Amazon first told me to call the shipper and the furniture company. I explained that they have the Amazon guarantee where I’m supposed to be comfortable buying from third-party sellers and if I’m not then they will act on my behalf. So Amazon agreed and refunded the delivery charge and reached out to the furniture company to explain what happened and to fulfill my request of sending me a letter that the legal notice was in fact, invalid and could be ignored. It is now May 19 and no letter no phone call no email or anything from the company or Amazon. I now need to make more phone calls. I still have a legal notice in effect and because of all the other issues, I don’t feel confident that I won’t receive the threatened charges. As of now, I would not buy from the seller again, and I would not do business with this trucking company. Bottom line is I’m only semi-satisfied with the furniture and the whole process has been exhausting. Now I’m going to call Amazon and process a return. ... show more
